Chanel is a one-year-old, 55-pound, Coonhound/Chow mix. FOSTER OR ADOPTER urgently needed! Chanel was rescued after being found abandoned with her brother, tied to a pole near a trash bin. A compassionate individual cared for her before reaching out for assistance. DNA tests reveal she's primarily a blend of Redbone Coonhound and Chow. Chanel is fully vetted, spayed, and vaccinated. She's cat-friendly with a proper introduction and is the epitome of sweetness, enjoying belly rubs and lounging by your side. She bonds well with her brother and has passed dog interaction tests with flying colors. Chanel is kennel-trained, housebroken, crate-trained, and leash-trained. Her calm demeanor makes her an ideal family pet. Initially shy, she quickly warms up, craving affection and growing in confidence daily. She responds to commands like 'out,' 'lay,' 'crate,' and 'sit,' though she's wary of mops and similar objects. Her social skills have blossomed at the Pet Resort, but she'll thrive with a patient adopter who can help her fully embrace safety and love. Chanel is eager to find her forever home!
