The adoption fee includes the following:-Age-appropriate vaccinations excluding rabies, up to the point of adoption.-The spay/neuter surgery.-Microchipping, a procedure with which a small, scannable chip is inserted under the animal's skin, providing an additional form of identification.-A complimentary veterinary health examination offered by local participating clinics.-Any medications required prior to adoption.If you would like to meet this dog, please submit an application online at http://www.saskatoonspca.com/adopting/application. Meet and greets are by appointment only Monday-Saturday, and done so after an adoption application has been submitted. I’m the last - but for sure not least – one from the Charlie Brown Litter looking to be adopted. My litter-mates and I were rescued from being left outside by ourselves, during a blizzardy, freezing cold evening back in December 2022. I have learned all the basic things a dog should know. I am house-trained; kennel-trained where I’ll sleep at night and be in when no one is home; and have already learned: sit, lie down, stay and I have amazing recall. I am food motivated and love learning. I’m a little scared of meeting new people or exploring new places, but once I know you’re nice, I’ll be by your side whenever I can be! I get excited to see my humans when they come home. I’m trying to learn to sit instead of jump up on them (although that’s hard because I get so excited and happy to see them). I love big humans and little humans. I love playing with other dogs and have learned that cats and other little animals don’t always like to play so I give them space. I love going for walks and have learned not to pull.
