**🌴 Meet the Pasadena Crew! 🐾** Sometimes it takes a village to save lives, and the Pasadena Crew is a perfect example of what happens when shelters and rescues work together. This amazing group of kittens came to Saved By Zade through a transfer from an extremely overcrowded shelter in Flint. Their shelter friends were facing a long line of kitties waiting for help, and even though these little ones were already safe in foster care, they needed to make room for more kitties in need. We are honored to be part of the rescue community that steps up, shares resources, and works together to give every kitty the chance they deserve. ❤️ The Pasadena Crew are absolute lovebugs! Many of them started life as bottle babies, which means they were raised with lots of human care and attention. Because of that, they are affectionate, people-focused, and always happy to soak up love from their favorite humans. These sweet kitties would do best in homes where they have a feline friend to keep them company. Whether they find a home together or join a family with another friendly kitty, they are sure to bring plenty of purrs, playtime, and joy. Their journey started in a crowded shelter, but their next chapter is waiting in a forever home where they can be cherished. Could one of the Pasadena Crew be the missing piece in your family? 🐱💕

**🔥 Meet the Fire Family! 🩶** Every great fire begins with a tiny spark, and this little family has certainly ignited our hearts. Kindle Fire is a stunning young mama with soft, luxurious gray fur and the most striking eyes. It's almost impossible to believe she's a mom because she barely looks old enough herself! But despite her young age, she has been nothing short of incredible, lovingly raising her babies with patience and devotion. This sweet little family was discovered taking shelter inside a shed on a community member's property. When they found Kindle Fire and her babies tucked safely away, she didn't run or hide. Instead, she greeted her rescuer with happy little chirps, as if she knew help had finally arrived. It was clear she was relieved that someone had found her precious family. Now Kindle Fire and two of her babies are ready to find forever homes. **🩶 Kindle Fire** is gentle, affectionate, and ready to trade motherhood for a lifetime of being loved and spoiled herself. **🖤 Skye Fire** is a smoky black little girl with confidence far bigger than her tiny paws. Curious, playful, and self-assured, she's always ready for her next adventure. **🩶 Wild Fire** inherited his mama's beautiful gray coat and his sweet nature. This handsome little boy loves to play, cuddle, and soak up all the attention he can get. Two of their siblings are still enjoying life in foster care, growing a little bigger and collecting plenty of love before they're ready to find families of their own. The Fire Family has known uncertainty, but thanks to a caring community member, their story has a happy ending in sight. Now all they need are forever homes where they'll never have to wonder where they'll sleep or who will love them again. Could one of these special kitties be the spark that's missing from your family? 🐾❤️

🐾 Meet Boone 🐾 Boone is currently accepting applications for the role of Patient Human With Snacks. This handsome guy is one of those special kitties who just needs someone willing to let him bloom at his own pace. And trust us... he’s already come so far in his foster home. Boone may not be ready for the whole “picked up and carried like royalty” experience yet, but he is ready to quietly steal your heart. He now walks right up to his foster mom for love and affection, often leaning against her leg like a fuzzy little side hug to let her know, “Hey... I like you a lot.” 🥹 Boone is also a certified animal socialite. He loves other cats and even gets along wonderfully with his foster family’s dog. Basically, Boone likes everyone... as long as everyone respects personal space and possibly brings treats. And speaking of treats... Boone is extremely food motivated. The path to this shy boy’s heart is paved with snacks, dinner bowls, and the gentle crinkle of a treat bag. If you open a can of food, expect sudden confidence. Boone doesn’t need perfection. He just needs someone kind, patient, and willing to let friendship happen on Boone Time™. 📧 Email adoptions@savedbyzade.com to meet this sweet boy. 📣 Please share and help Boone find the understanding home he deserves! 🐾

🐾 WELCOME HOME! 🐾 Bringing Your New Kitty Home: What to Expect Thank you for adopting and giving this kitty a second chance! Here’s what you need to know for a smooth transition: 🛏 Start Small Set your cat up in one quiet room with a litter box, food, water, and a hiding spot (like a covered bed or cardboard box). Let them explore slowly and on their terms. ⏳ Give Time Even the friendliest cats may be shy at first. Expect 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to settle in, and up to 3 months to fully adjust. Be patient—they're learning to trust! It’s normal for cats to hide for the first 24–72 hours. Adult cats, especially, may take even longer to feel safe. As long as they’re eating, drinking, and using the litter box, hiding is okay! 🍽 Feed & Hydrate Keep food and water dishes in a quiet, accessible spot. Follow any diet info provided. Monitor eating, drinking, and litter box habits the first few days. 🚽 Litter Box Basics Show them where the box is right away. Keep it clean and use unscented, clumping litter unless otherwise noted. 🐱 Interactions Let your cat come to you. Avoid loud noises or too much handling early on. Use gentle voices and slow blinks to build trust. 🐕 Introducing to Other Pets? Slow and steady wins the race! Keep your new kitty separated at first and take your time with introductions. 🧸 Playtime & Enrichment Interactive toys, scratching posts, and window views help relieve stress and build confidence.
