Buttercup was adopted as a stray through the Fayette County Animal Rescue so her origin story is unknown. She will cuddle, but only on her terms. She does bite, sometimes without warning, so she is definitely not a good fit for a household with children. I would keep her but we are moving and cannot take her with us. I appreciate the moments when she opens herself up to be affectionate. She does not like other pets. This adoption will go through the Fayette County Animal Rescue. Zane is 7 years old, calm and friendly when she meets people but still cautious. Likes to go outside. Has lived with other pets and children but suffers from anxiety and stress, she over grooms, over eats and has vomit as a result. Zane will hiss and attack animals shes unfamiliar with. Shes territorial even with our year old cat. Better for her to be alone since she can be jealous, shes peed on my younger sisters bed and pooped on her toys. Claws at the walls and door frames. She also has health conditions such as a heart murmur, could be due to her being an inbred, (her mother accidentally got impregnated by her brother) and feline acne that looks like a flaky rash (forms around eyes, inside the ears) from an allergy reaction, has a tendency to scratch herself. The vet wasnt sure of the cause but we know its environmental and ways to treat it. The treatment expense is more than I can handle though Zane is better, Im afraid I wont be able to afford treatment next time.
