She exhibits the typical outgoing, social nature of the Russian Blue (mixed) breed. She is very confident and not afraid of anyone. Nothing makes this little lady happier than the sight of a treat. Watch how her huge green eyes light up at the sight of a scrumptious freeze dried snack. We are in awed of Granny Abby's active nature. For a supposedly senior feline, this gal really gets around and is quite curious and active. She especially loves to steal plastic straws. She'll even get them out of the trashcan if she sees you put them in there. Granny Abby is still very active. She likes playing fetch, but, once she catches the item, they are HERS...as she doesn't always bring back what you throw. She tends to run off with her prize in her mouth. Her behavior is very much like that of a puppy. We are selectively looking for a quiet home where our lovely girl can be a single cat in the home and spend her days being loved and pampered. Nikita, Nickie for short, is a lovely Russian Blue mix female born approximately 10/11/2021. Hi, I’m Nickie, a shy but sweet girl who has spent several years in foster care, waiting for the right person to give me a chance. I’ve been in a multi-cat foster home, which has made it hard for me to feel safe and learn how to trust my surroundings. I’m brave enough to come out for treats when I hear my name, but I quickly scarf them down, always keeping my eyes and ears on high alert. I often have to run off before I can even finish, as the other cats sometimes make me feel scared. I once had a foster brother who was my friend, but he’s gone to live with an elderly gentleman now. I miss him, but I think I’d really flourish as the only kitty in a calm and peaceful home where I don’t have to worry about other cats. I would love to know what it feels like to truly relax and trust my environment. My foster mom tells me I could be so happy and thrive if I could just learn to trust, and I know the right person could help me do that. Chihiru is very sweet but he's getting up there in age. He loves looking outside the window. Lazy cat. Very vocal. He doesn't like to be picked up but does come and sit on your lap and loves being petted. Loves cuddles in the middle of the night and early morning. Loves women mostly. Isn't aggressive with othe animals but does hiss at them for a week or two until he gets familiar and then after that will hang out with them like nothing.
