Story
Noodle - ID# 20317 - Kennel #857 - Arrived June 25th - Labrador Retriever Mix - Black and White - Female - 3 Years Old - 50 lbs - Will Be Spayed Prior to Adoption - Up to Date on Vaccines - Heartworm Negative Noodle is a three-year-old black and white Labrador Retriever mix with a sleek coat, a sweet white blaze down her face, long elegant legs, and a tongue so gloriously long and expressive it could have its own fan club. She arrived at Cobb Animal Services on June 25th as a lost dog, and this quiet, gentle girl came in scared and uncertain - but has shown nothing but sweetness to every person she has met since walking through the door. Noodle is house trained, dog friendly, cat friendly, and good with children - all things the kind person who found her shared with the shelter, and everything about her gentle demeanor since arriving confirms it. She is quiet and walks beautifully on leash, which speaks to a dog who has known a home and known kindness. At 50 lbs she is a lean, athletic, beautifully built girl with an elegance to her build that makes her truly striking. Noodle's full story belongs only to her - she came in as a lost dog with no history attached. But a dog this gentle, this quiet, and this good with everyone around her does not need a backstory to make her worth choosing. She speaks for herself entirely. Noodle is sweet, quiet, and beautiful - a gentle girl with an unforgettable tongue and a heart full of love just waiting to be claimed. She is waiting in Kennel #857 with those warm dark eyes and that spectacular tongue, ready for the person who will give her the safe, loving home she so clearly deserves. Come meet her - that tongue alone will make you smile before you even say hello. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
