Ginger is the kind of dog who fits into your life instead of taking it over. Calm at home, ready to explore when you are—she gives you the best of both worlds. Ginger is a 40 lb female greyhound mix with a quiet, easygoing personality. She’s affectionate but not needy, happy to be near you without constantly demanding attention. She’s the type of dog who can relax on the couch after a long day but is just as happy joining you on weekend adventures—hikes, road trips, lakes, or just getting out and exploring. She has a naturally balanced energy. Not hyper, not lazy—just easy to live with. Whether you want a peaceful companion at home or a steady partner on the trail, Ginger adjusts right along with you. Good fit: someone who wants a calm, low-drama dog who can also enjoy occasional adventures without being high maintenance. Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport. Dogs are picked up at designated transport locations. If an adoption doesn’t work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back.
