Story
She has been the best dog we've ever had. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She is wonderful with our two young children, she loves to be outside, she LOVES to swim and go for walks, she knows commands, is well behaved, doesn't mind being brushed, and always wants to be right by your side.Mila needs a special kibble (Royal Canin Ultamino), and currently takes an affordable medicine for hypothyroidism (Thyro-tabs). This past year Mila has developed Cushing's. Our veterinarian explained to us the treatment options and we simply cannot afford to put Mila on the medication to correct her body's overproduction of steroids and she is suffering.We signed up to be Mila's care givers and now we're stuck in a situation where we cannot afford the care that she needs and she's suffering. Seeking someone able to afford her care, give her relief, and give her the last years of her life that she deserves. She is such a special dog.No experience w/ cats and limited experience w/ other dogs
