📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. • Rescue Story: Meet Samo👋 Back in 2019, Samo was rescued just in time from euthanasia as a tiny 1-month-old pup, found with her mom and siblings. While all her siblings found homes, only Samo has been waiting in the shelter ever since 😢 Please give this sweet girl with the cutest dumpling ears a chance! 💖 • Personality: Gentle, Sweet, Easy-going Samo is incredibly gentle and loves all people, regardless of gender! She just needs a little time at first, and then she’ll be the one asking for pets and snuggles❤️ Her energy level is on the lower side — she’s calm and well-mannered. • Affinity with - Dogs: She gets along well with other shelter dogs and has never caused any trouble. A real good girl! - Cats: When she sees cats during walks, she just looks at them out of curiosity. - Adults/Kids: Good with new people, including men / No experience with children yet, but considering her personality, she'd be good around gentle children. • Housetrained: She’s currently living in a shelter, so she’ll need some potty training in a new home. • Walking Manners: She’s still a bit cautious on walks due to limited experience, but she walks slowly and calmly without pulling — just enjoys sniffing around. • Bathing/Brushing: Good with both • Separation Anxiety: None. • Barks/Howls: Quiet. • Car Rides: Okay with car rides. • Appetite/Food Allergies: A big foodie! / No food allergies found so far • Likes/Dislikes: She lives for pets and snuggles! Also a great eater😁 • Shedding level (1~10): 6-7 • Health: A healthy girl! 💙 Adoption Fee Information The adoption fee already includes all major expenses, such as: International transportation, Customs and export documentation, Medical care (spay surgery, vaccinations, health certificate, deworming, etc.) For this reason, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting a breakdown or negotiation of the adoption fee. Your support directly helps us continue rescuing and caring for dogs in need, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Story
Silly and Cuddly BoyMEET ENZO! This goofy and funny floof is Enzo. At 2 years old and 48 lbs, Enzo is basically a teenage boy who loves to goof off and play with toys. Like most teenagers, he still lives with his mom, but he doesn’t have to in the future if there’s another friendly resident dog in the home to keep showing him the ropes. (Lily had Enzo and 8 other tiny floofs, then got her tubes tied because she figured she can’t improve on perfection!)    In all seriousness, Enzo and Lily came to Tara’s House when their dear owner passed away. Full-bred Samoyeds, they are very typically affectionate and enjoy the company of other dogs as well as humans. Enzo acts absolutely thrilled every single time a human walks into the room and will greet you with adorable little hops.   Enzo loves to play and will toss his toys in the air and rub himself all over the carpet. Despite being a little nervous and jumpy with new things, he is very affectionate and wants everyone to be friends. He and Lily walk perfectly side by side on leash and love to sniff all the smells but also know to do all their business outside. Sleep habits are great, with an open crate being the safe place for naps or night time slumber parties.    Riding in a car is a bit of a learning experience for Enzo at this stage and he doesn’t quite have his car legs yet. However, he is very brave and he is starting to figure it out (he eventually will settle and lay down after some initial “why the heck is this thing moving?” feelings.) He is the cuddliest boy, his love language is touch, and he always wants to be touching you in some way.    Samoyeds as a breed are social yet have a strong prey drive. We think his perfect home will have breed experience (their coats require a lot of maintenance!) and another friendly dog in it. He can be adopted with Lily but it’s not required if there’s another resident dog that will play with him. Because of the natural hunter instinct, no cats or small animals! A fenced yard would be ideal so he can show off his goofy moves off leash. Enzo is still a bit of a jumpy dude, although respectful, but small kids may get knocked down in his exuberance.   Enzo’s adoption donation fee is $500, which includes spay/neuter, routine vetting and a microchip. You can apply for him by filling out our online application, which is found on our website www.tarashouse.org.  Please email us at info@tarashouse.net with any questions.May 29, 2026, 2:18 pm

Story
Delightful Little MamaMEET LILY!   The gorgeous Ms. Lily is an absolute doll baby, yet she is the mother of our other floof Enzo. Lily and Enzo came to Tara’s House when their dear owner passed away and no family members could take them in. They didn’t have to wait long for some breed-experienced fosters to step up though, and any sadness the pair may have had for losing their person is seemingly behind them and it’s been a joy to see their personalities come to light.   Lily is 4 years young and weighs 44 lbs. She has been described as running the household. She hops on the couch when it’s time for pets or slips into the open crate with Enzo for some puppy snuggles. She loves walking on their sniffaris, has free roam of the living space, is very gentle and loves rolling around with toys. She keeps checking in on Enzo and is the emotional glue of the family. She has become more and more playful as the days unfold.   Lily sleeps well in an open crate or on a dog bed from 9:30pm - 7:00am. She is amazing overall, truly an independent and chill girl. Excellent on leash, gentle in the house, and respectful with the other dogs. She is fully allowed to free roam, but often goes in the open crate to nap. She loves hanging around with people, will follow you to help with any chores you may have, and continues to earn an A+ on her behaviour chart every single day. She is truly a sweet pea.   Samoyeds as a breed are social yet have a strong prey drive. We think her perfect home will have breed experience (their coats require a lot of maintenance!) and have another friendly dog in it. She can be adopted with Enzo but it’s not required if there’s another resident dog that will treat her like the Queen she is. Because of the natural hunter instinct, no cats or small animals (she has a squirrel hunting hobby!) A fenced yard would be ideal so she can show off her moves off leash, and her adopters should enjoy concerts because she can sing the song of her people!   Lily’s adoption donation fee is $500, which includes spay/neuter, routine vetting and a microchip. You can apply for her by filling out our online application, which is found on our website www.tarashouse.org.  Please email us at info@tarashouse.net with any questions.May 29, 2026, 2:18 pm
