Story
Introducing the one and only, Patton! This unbelievably adorable, sweet, scruffy little angel came into the shelter as just a tiny baby! Everyone couldn’t believe what sweet perfection he was, and thankfully he made it immediately into a loving foster home! Pattons estimated date of birth is 2/22, and he’s growing to be an amazingly sweet, scruffy wonderful mid size at about 45 lbs! Petite enough to easily take everywhere, and big enough that he can play with every size dog, and join you in any adventure! He’s been to the vets and is doing amazing. He’s now had all medical work completed including vaccines, deworming, he’s current on preventative, microchipped, and neutered! He’s a healthy, happy, thriving little muppet and he is officially ready for adoption! This tender sweet boy has done amazing from the moment he went into foster care! He’s been raised with an excellent foundation of socialization. He’s fantastic with every size dog he meets, he absolutely loves making new friends! He is a social butterfly with people and has a fantastic temperament with every adult and child he encounters. He has been raised with cats and is great with them, he may try to play here or there, but that’s just because he’s a puppy. He’s doing fabulous with house training and reliably going potty outside! He loves toys and when he’s not playing with his doggy friends, he can be found playing with his favorite stuffies, balls, bones, or chewies. He has a wonderfully well adjusted personality and will do great in a home with any combination of animals, or as an only pup!! He’s great in the car, on walks, really everywhere. He’s an expert snuggler as well! He loves cuddling up at the end of the day and snuggling on the sofa with you, and would love to cuddle in bed at night too! He’s super adorable, and has such a wonderful foundation and temperament, he’s surely destined to be a cherished, well loved family member! If you’d love to make this boys dreams come true and give him a wonderful life, please visit www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org and submit an application for adoption today!! *please know we cannot guarantee hypoallergenic status and cannot consider him hypoallergenic **NOTE** to ensure prompt response- please go directly to our website (www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org) to apply, or email (inquiries.rescuematch@aol.com) directly with any questions to ensure your inquiry/application is received by our organization. Story
This unbelievably adorable, pint-size little love bug is named Stanley! Stanley came into the pound coming from a home that did not take appropriate care for him. They did not seem to be very loving, and he was very scared at first. Fortunately, wonderful volunteers routinely walked him and gave him lots of love. This guy has absolutely blossomed! A wonderful semi retired couple agreed to take this adorable boy home to foster, and ensure he has wonderful care until he finds his forever home! Stanley is 18 months old and weighs 10.5 lbs! He’s an absolutely adorable, tiny little guy! He’s gone to the vets to have all of his medical work completed, and he is now current on his vaccinations, heartworm, tested negative, been dewormed, he’s been micro chipped, and he’s been neutered! He is also current on preventative. He has had all medical work done and is ready to find an amazing home where he will be truly loved. When this guy went to his foster home, he was so scared, and it took him only a couple days to realize that his foster home is wonderful! He went from being a scared and vigilant little guy to being a snuggly little bundle of love! He loves to cuddle up on the sofa in your lap, he loves to get belly rubs, when he gets excited, he loves to give kisses and soak up as much love and affection and attention as he can! He has been good with other dogs, and fantastic with cats. He will do well in a home with any combination of animals. Because he was treated roughly by children in the past, he will be happiest in a home that does not have young children in it and with people who will be able to treat a dog with love and respect. His life experience has given him a little sass to his temperament, and he will draw a boundary if he is feeling harmed (for example he doesn’t like getting shots- can’t blame him!). He has adjusted so beautifully into foster care, reliably going potty outside, and sleeping in bed with his foster parents every night! He is wonderful in foster care and everyone who has met him, loves him! He will be a wonderfully devoted companion to parents who would like a snuggly friend and a dog who will take walks with them and accompany them in a peaceful , happy life. If this absolutely adorable little muffin is just the boy you’ve been waiting for, and you would love to make his dreams of having a family who truly loves him come true, please visit our website and submit an application for adoption and a volunteer will be in touch! *we cannot guarantee hypoallergenic status **NOTE** to ensure prompt response- please go directly to our website (www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org) to apply, or email (inquiries.rescuematch@aol.com) directly with any questions to ensure your inquiry/application is received by our organization. Story
Ralphy is a sweet and spunky Schnoodle terrier mix (that’s our best guess!) who’s about 1–2 years old and weighs around 20 lbs. This adorable boy has plenty of pep in his step and a happy-go-lucky personality that’s sure to make you smile. Ralphy loves to play with other dogs and would enjoy a canine buddy who can match his playful energy. He’s also good with cats—as long as they don’t dash away, because then he thinks it’s playtime! Ralphy is doing great with his housebreaking when kept on a schedule and is very smart and eager to please, responding well to gentle correction. He walks nicely on leash and has that fun, puppy-like enthusiasm for life. Ralphy would thrive in a home with kids over 15 or an adult-only household, where he can get the attention and structure he loves. Ralphy does have mild stranger danger—he tends to bond closely with women and can be a little wary of unfamiliar men at first, sometimes barking until he feels comfortable. With a little patience and reassurance, he quickly learns that new friends are safe and kind. When left alone, Ralphy is quiet and content, but he’d be happiest with a fenced-in yard where he can run, explore, and get his zoomies out. If you’re looking for a bright, affectionate companion who’s full of love and personality, Ralphy might just be your perfect match! ❤️
