Nate is an easy-going and friendly 2 year old Poodle! He weighs about 20 pounds, but does not discriminate when it comes to dog friends. He loves his 12 pound canine roomie! We think he would do well with cats, too! He is still cautious meeting new people, but he is warming up more and more as he gets used to his foster home and we are sure he'll do the same when he meets his forever people! Nate is happy to run and explore, and he jumps with excitement when he's outside with other dogs. He's also learning to love ear scatches and enjoys the warmth of the wood burning stove in his foster home. He has started working on training and hopes his adopter will be ready to continue teaching him! He does well in his crate over night after a little settling, and he has started potty training with a strict schedule. He's not sure about this whole "leash" thing, so his family will need to help him continue to get accustomed to having a person at the other end of it! Nate is a cutie with an energetic personality and luscious locks to boot. He will surely be the cuddliest buddy once he lets his guard down so please let us know if he seems like the pup for you! Nate's adoption fee is $600

From foster: Susie is initially shy/timid until she earns your trusts. Once shes comfortable she will look for primary adult, cuddles, and shows love by licking your hand. Perfectly happy on doggie day bed, couch, or curled up with fav human. Food: Blue buffalo life protection chicken and brown rice. Poop is firm and does not upset stomach. Needs a dental cleaning. Breath is still pretty pungent. We brush and she is occasionally interested in resident dog bones like (benebone). She will only eat soften or wet kibble. Play: Not very interested in dog toys / play but enjoys her walks throughout the day very much. Likes exploring and is a very good leash walker. Needs to be watched so she does not eat poop. We had a few close calls outside. Very agile and climbs apartment stairs daily for walks with no problems. Companion: Finds comfort in other dogs to lead the way and help build confidence. Or adult that is home most of the day. Ok with children (13,8) but prefers adults. Potty trained in 4 days. Can hold it from 6p to 6a and sleeps in crate overnight. Not destructive with furniture. Health: heart murmur, reverse sneezes, and pants at times. Our walks are relatively short but it's enough exercise for little feet. Perfect for apartment living.

Snowball is a beautiful 4-month-old terrier mix puppy with a big personality and even bigger energy. This happy girl is lively, affectionate, and always ready for action. She loves to run, play, and interact with other dogs, and she truly thrives when she’s getting lots of attention from her people. Snowball enjoys being petted and often wants to be right in the middle of everything going on. Snowball is a high-energy puppy who will do best in a home where someone is around most of the day to keep her engaged, supported, and on a consistent routine. Because of her excitement level and ongoing puppy manners, a home with kids ages 8 and older only is required. She is quite vocal—especially when food or treats are involved—and is still learning polite treat-taking, as she can be a bit nippy while figuring that out. House training is coming along well: she holds it reliably in her crate with no accidents, though she does protest vocally when crated. Due to her age and small bladder, she needs potty breaks about every 3 hours and typically needs to go roughly one hour after eating. Snowball does show signs of excited or submissive urination, meaning she may dribble a small amount when overly excited or when picked up—this is common in young puppies and something she should outgrow with time and confidence. One fun fact about Snowball: she absolutely loves water! Splashing around is one of her favorite activities, and bath time is easy and stress-free as long as treats are involved. Overall, Snowball is a joyful, social, high-energy puppy who is still learning basic manners and bladder control but is making steady progress. With patience, structure, and lots of interaction, she will make a wonderful companion for an active, puppy-savvy home ready to keep up with her zest for life.
