After being surrendered to us, he's spent time in a loving foster home, where he's enjoyed basking in sunny spots, curling up next to his foster mom, and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. Oliver thrives on companionship and just wants to be near his people, making him the perfect lap cat or quiet presence in a calm home.Oliver has had some medical care in the past and will do best in a home that can provide regular check-ins with a veterinarian.
