Sherbert was found with her four kittens at an apartment complex and was fortune to find a lady who would care for her until we could get the little family in. Sherbert was an amazing mom, and her babies didn't go far from her side. Her kittens have become independent babies. Sherbert is ready to find her quiet, loving home where she can enjoy some window time watching the birds or next to you watching a movie. Camry was abandoned and crawled up into a volunteers car engine ~ hence her name. She was very afraid and wasn't sure if she could trust people again. Camry has come a long way but still needs to trust the person that is going to be "her person". She is a beautiful little girl and we do love her tons. Jimmy's mom was a stray that had her little family outside. A sweet lady found them and provided help and once Jimmy was old enough he came to the shelter to find his forever home. He has been very shy from the start but has made many new friends with the other cats. Jimmy hangs out on what we call the "shy tree" over looking the dog play yard, so plenty to watch. Volunteers are able to pet him and give him love if they can find him in the "right location" ~ not able to run; plus we have to go slow with him. He seems to enjoy being petted and hopefully someone will give him the time he needs to want to be petted all the time. Jimmy loves treats and it's so fun when we see him coming around a corner to see what is happening in the main area.
