While he may be a bit of a “scaredy cat” when meeting new people or exploring unfamiliar places, don’t let that fool you—underneath that cautious exterior is a friendly, loving companion just waiting to come out of his shell. Once Butters has a chance to settle in and get to know you, his playful personality shines. He enjoys spending time with his people and would do best with a family that understands some cats simply need a little patience before they show their true colors. Butters has lived happily indoors and does well with children. Although it’s been quite some time since he’s been around cats other than his housemate, he got along well with other felines when he was younger. He hasn’t had the opportunity to meet dogs. After losing his home due to circumstances completely beyond his control, Butters is hoping for a second chance with a family who will give him the time and reassurance he needs to feel safe. Once he does, you’ll be rewarded with a loyal friend and playful companion for years to come. Howdy, folks! Meet Elmo, an adorable little black-and-white cowboy kitten born 05/29/2026. This handsome DMH boy started out as the shyest of his three littermates, but he’s come a long way! Elmo now loves being petted and snuggled by his foster mom and is learning just how wonderful a little human affection can be.Because he’s still a bit of a cautious cowboy, Elmo may need a few moments to warm up to his new family. Give him a little patience, gentle attention, and time to feel safe, and you’ll be rewarded with a sweet and snuggly companion.Elmo was born to a stray mama cat who lovingly raised her babies. Thankfully, some kind-hearted good Samaritans stepped in and got Mama and her kittens safely into rescue. 🦨🖤 Meet Skunky — The Little Old Man Who Grew Into a Heartthrob! 🖤🦨When Skunky was a tiny baby, we weren’t quite sure if we had a kitten or a baby skunk with the face of a little old man! 😂 Somehow, he has grown into his gorgeous medium-length coat and turned into one handsome little guy.Now 4 months old, Skunky is a happy, energetic kitten who loves being around people and soaking up affection. He enjoys getting love from his humans… right before he decides it’s time to attack an ankle! 😹Skunky is full of kitten energy and absolutely loves to pounce, wrestle, chase, and play-fight with his siblings.
