Story
Hi-C Male orange tabby DSH Approximately 7 years old Hi-C came into rescue when his owner went into hospice care. Hi-C was a neighborhood cat that started visiting his owner around 5 years ago for food, love, and a warm place to sleep in the winters. Hi-C spent most of his time outside but made sure to come back home for meal time every day. Since going into foster, Hi-C has started getting used to the indoor only life. We still catch him sitting in front of the windows enjoying watching the outdoors, but he has become very fond of his warm cozy spot on the couch. He is a sweet cat who goes crazy for his cat treats. He spends most of his day lounging around and gladly accepting pets. Location: If you'd like to meet him, he's currently in residence at the Happy Cat Cafe. Visit www.happycatgr.com for more information. Hi-C will have a dental cleaning/any necessary extractions sometime in January. He can still go to his forever home while he is waiting for this appointment. Medical: All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines (rabies and distemper), microchipped, given flea/tick prevention and dewormer, FIV/FeLV tested, and any other veterinary care that is needed prior to adoption. Story
Whiskey is a seven-month-old brown and white tabby who is very shy and still learning how to feel comfortable around people. He is undersocial and will need a calm home, along with plenty of time and patience, to help him build confidence at his own pace. With consistency and gentle interactions, Whiskey has the potential to slowly come out of his shell and show his true personality to someone willing to let him take the lead.

Story
Meet Sweetie, a 12-year-old delight who truly lives up to her name! This affectionate, gentle girl has a knack for comforting her humans—if you’re ever having a nightmare, she’ll curl up beside you and purr you back to sleep. Sweetie is incredibly affectionate once she’s had time to settle in. She may be cautious with new people and places at first, often taking a few days to feel safe enough to come out of hiding. But with a soft voice and a little patience, her sweet, social nature shines through. Since adjusting to her foster home, she’s become a total snuggle bug who loves curling up on your chest and purring for pets. She thrives in a home where she can be the only cat, as other cats have caused her stress in the past. Sweetie was surrendered for litter box issues, but since receiving medical care and living in a cat-free foster home, she’s been using her litter box reliably. She’s currently coexisting peacefully with the foster’s older dog and may do well with another calm dog after a slow introduction. Sweetie’s favorite hobbies include basking in sunny spots, napping on cozy furniture, and playing with her beloved string toy. She hasn't lived with children before, but she may be a good fit for a quiet home with respectful, older kids—an intro is recommended. P.S. Sweetie’s adoption fee has been mostly covered by a kindhearted friend—there’s just a small fee to help with her dental care. Think of it as her smile fund!
