Scottish Fold kittens & cats in Marietta, Ohio

Dip is a cute male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on August 1st 2026 by Good Samaritans who found him in Marietta Ohio (Fifth- and Garfield Streets area) along with his siblings (Dot and Spoon). They were estimated to have been 4-month old at that time and appeared to have been fending for themselves for awhile since they were malnourished etc. Thanks to our compassionate HSOV Kennel Tech/Staff, Spoon and his siblings were given plenty of nutritious food, clean water, flea treatment and dewormer (along with daily doses of extra TLC) ... And within a few weeks they were feeling and looking so much better. Dip has a black medium-haired coat with a few white hairs on his chest, a long fluffy tail, and an adorable face with golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers. Dip was given vaccinations on August 1st 2026 and received booster vaccines on August 16th 2026. This good-looking boy has a friendly disposition and a quiet, easygoing personality. Dip has shared a cage with his brother (Spoon) and his sister (Dot), and they have provided a sense of comfort/security for one another. These photos of Dip were taken on October 10th 2026. He was enjoying a leisurely afternoon siesta and was quite content to remain stretched out while he gazed at the camera lens. Dip and his siblings are currently sharing a double-wide cage in The Jungle Room where the majority of our adoptable cats are housed. Dip will be neutered in the near future (tentatively on October 12th) and will soon be ready to find a home of his very own (or to share with his sister Dot). Dip was neutered on October 12th 2026 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 5.34 lbs that day.
