Granger is a beautiful Scottish Fold female with lots of personality and clear boundaries. She originally lived in a home with children and did well with them, but she has consistently shown that she prefers to be the only animal in the household. She was first rehomed because she did not get along with dogs, and even in a quieter home with a friendly dog, Granger continued to growl and show dislike toward other animals. Granger enjoys affection on her terms and loves gentle head scratches, but she does not like being touched near her hind end or above her tail and may swat or bite if this boundary is crossed. Granger would thrive in a calm, animal-free home with people who respect her signals and appreciate a cat who knows exactly what she wants.

I got Nova from my grandma who had stray kittens in her backyard. I got her as a baby in 2022. She’s about 3-4 years old now, but she’s super petite. She is one of the sweetest cats with a loving and playful personality but unfortunately, two of my other cats that I got before her don’t get along with her. Nova tries to play with them and neither of them are nice to her for no reason. She stays mostly in one spot all day long because she is scared of them, it makes me sad for her. She has never done anything to antagonize them or anything like that. I want to find her a loving home, she really is such a sweet baby. She has blue eyes and soft fur. She’s listed as a long timer because I first created her profile when I lived in an apartment, but took it down because I moved to a house and tried to make things work between her and my other cats, but they are still mean to her. I’ve now relisted her, hoping someone can take in this sweet girl.

I was surrendered by my family. The nice people at Taylor Jones Humane Society are taking good care of me. Now I'm ready for a new home. They tell me I'm really sweet and should find a home soon. Will you take me home with you?
