Story
Stella is a lover and a big lap dog. She needs all the love and attention at all times. She gets along with other dogs when at a dog park or on walks but our dogs don’t always get along with her. It’s recommended that she’s an only dog in the home. When it comes to her food she is definitely not a sharer. She is also good with kids, but she’s an attention hog. So when you get on the ground to play with kids or play on the floor she will be coming right over to sit in your lap.

Story
We adopted Jack in the summer of 2025 as a companion for our female Boxer, Penny, who is the same age. Jack is an incredibly sweet, affectionate boy, but we've learned that he truly needs to be the only dog in the home. Before coming to us, Jack was an only dog and is happiest when he doesn't have to share attention or resources. While Jack and Penny have had a few scuffles, Jack is not an aggressive dog or an instigator - he simply thrives best as the sole pet. In the right environment, his loving personality really shines. He adores cuddling, being pet, playing tug-of-war, and enjoying tasty treats (blueberries are a favorite!). Jack would do best with a single owner or a couple without children who can give him the one-on-one attention he deserves. He's looking for a home where he can be someone's one and only, and he'll return that devotion with endless love.
