Story
Sissy was returned to us after one of her adopters passed unexpectedly. She has been with us for a long time-4 years! She has resource guarding around other dogs, and she prefers to be only pet. It takes a while for her to warm up to humans too. She would love to find a home where her family gives her the space she needs. She is great off leash in a big yard and loves a cozy bed and chew toy.

Story
Hugo is the sweetest boy that will take a few minutes to warm up to you. Once he is comfortable, he opens up into the sweetest boy. His biggest problem is he is a runner, especially when given an opportunity. He MUST have a physically fenced yard! There is no way around this. He was once adopted out and bolted, where he was missing for 2 weeks before he could be trapped and returned to his prior shelter. This boy is amazing BUT for his safety he needs a fenced area that he can be in. Because of this, this poor boy came in a year ago at only 6 months old. He has spent more time in a shelter then in a home which saddens us. Please help us find him the best home possible!!

Story
Bruce's Highlights: • 2-year-old gentle giant • Stuffies are his favorite • Great recall and comes when called • Sweet, easygoing personality Meet Bruce! Bruce is a big dog with an even bigger heart. At 78 pounds, he's definitely earned his nickname, Bruce the Moose, but don't let his size fool you. This gentle giant is a sweet boy who loves spending time with his people and enjoying the simple things in life. Give Bruce a stuffy and you've found his happy place. He loves carrying them around, playing with them, and eventually turning them into several smaller stuffies. Apparently, one toy is simply not enough when you have a Moose-sized appetite for fun. Bruce is also a great listener with excellent recall skills. When you call his name, he'll come running, making him a wonderful companion for adventures and playtime. At the end of the day, he's more than happy to hang out with his favorite people and enjoy some attention. If you're looking for a big, goofy sweetheart who will keep you entertained and never leave you wondering where the stuffies went, Bruce the Moose might be your guy. Story
At Christmas time, holiday tinsel is one of the best ways to spruce up your home with some cheer and festivity; but wouldn't it be great to have some of that same tinsel cheer for the whole year? I'm pretty sure that's where I got the name, because that's exactly what I do! I think it's pretty safe to say we all love the gifting aspect of the holiday season, and I am no exception. As you can see from the video, I love toys! Personally, my favorite aspect of every day, is quality time spent together. I am full of that "in front of the fireplace" warmth that is the highlight of the season...or really any season. Snuggling in the laps of all my friends, giving kisses, joy, and laughs every day of the year would be a dream come true! While I can appreciate some kitty-time snuggles, I am much more apt to be in my person's lap cuddling, but I am happy to share a home with a feline friend. I would be happiest in a home with older children that can handle my occasional puppy-like playstyle (that...and I can be a little vocal and pushy about my need for attention sometimes). I would love to have a doggy playmate, but I do need proper introductions with dogs, as I am dog selective. Being dog selective means that I have made several canine friends, but much like humans, I don't care to be friends with every dog I meet. Any potential fur siblings will get the chance to meet me for a play date before I go home, to make sure we get along as well as ribbons and bows! If you would like a little bit of every-day Christmas magic in your home, submit an adoption application to the website below, and I promise to decorate your heart and home with all my love! DOB: 2/6/2020 For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas. Please fill out our online adoption survey at www.mackenzies.info/adopt/adoption-survey-application/
