Miss Bea’s journey really started when she was rescued along with 17 other dogs on the property due to an extreme hoarding situation. She was one of two mamas that just had her babies. I knew the task to foster Miss Bea was going to be a slow process. I had been briefed about her being feral and was familiar after fostering her son. With some love, patience, and a bit of know how , she has turned into my little “happy to see me” shadow. She has a big bark for a little girl but it is only when appropriate. Loves yummy treats and affection from the people she knows and trust so much so she will paw at you to keep going. She isn’t the biggest fan of going for walks because outside can be scary sometimes but does have some leash confidence. She has no issues with being in the presence of kids. She is great with our other dog and is potty and kennel trained. I couldn’t pick her up for months but now she just plops on me like we have known each other our whole lives. Miss Bea needs a special home that will give her the time and gentleness to allow her to open up.

Marlee is a fun name for a fun gal! I was living my life and having some fun, except no one got me "fixed" so the fun ended up with me being a single mother with 6 hungry mouths to feed!!! Who thinks that their fun will lead to months of feeding and my milk producers dragging on the ground :( I sure didn't... However, I LOVE MY BABIES!!! Now that they are on their own in foster homes, that is :) I am a fun gal, I love to play with my friends and I am great with other playful and fun dogs. I am a climber and a jumper so it may be why I was out playing in the first place.... but I digress... I am happy and sweet and I have the gorgeous soft, PLENTIFUL muzzle of a Shar Pei, with the energy of a lab or shepherd or who knows what other breed I am. Have you ever heard on the TV, well a hoarder's house has been raided and ... animals have been seized and sent to the pound or rescue organizations in the area.... WELL, we are FROM just that kind of situation :( The good thing is we were SAVED... the bad thing is that we had to ENDURE the neglect and disgusting home. The BEST thing is we were ALL SAVED by a rescue group who REFUSED to leave even ONE behind...... 30 dogs/pups ALL AT ONCE has been taxing and motivating for the rescuers. If you watch our video, the situation was very very challenging but our rescuers worked their butts off to save us. We are almost all ready for adoption, all the pups are social and ready for their furever homes! The young adults and adults are a little more shy but have been working really hard with our rescuers to be ready for YOU!! We are a unique "breed" mix, lol. Aunts/Uncles/Parents/SIblings... all "living" together. We have Shar Pei, Scruffy dogs, Pit Bull, and maybe Spaniel mixed in there :D We are all pretty much medium sized, 20-50# and cute as HECK!!
