This adorable 6-month-old Lab/Golden Retriever mix weighs about 50 pounds and has one of those smiles that can brighten even the toughest day. Just one look at that happy face and you'll understand why everyone who meets her falls in love. Her contagious smile, wiggly body, and joyful personality make her impossible not to adore. Shay arrived at the shelter as an unclaimed stray and now finds herself waiting in an overcrowded shelter for someone to notice what an incredible girl she is. Despite everything, she greets the world with optimism, tail wags, and enough happiness to go around. This darling girl has the perfect blend of playful puppy energy and easygoing sweetness. She enjoys splashing around in the pool, making new dog friends, and exploring everything life has to offer. Shay gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would absolutely love a home with canine companions to romp around with. Whether she's chasing friends through the yard or cooling off in the water, she's happiest when she's having fun with her pack. Speaking of water... Shay is a certified water dog! Rivers, lakes, splash pads, kiddie pools, muddy creek adventures—sign her up. If your idea of a perfect weekend includes hiking scenic trails, exploring the outdoors, or spending time near the water, Shay is ready to be your adventure buddy. She's good on leash, does well in her kennel, and has no issues sharing treats or toys.
