Story
Meet Chuck — the best Chuck you’ll ever know. You’ve heard of Chuck Norris, Chuck Berry, and Chuck E. Cheese… but none of them can hold a candle to this guy. Chuck spent his early life working as a breeder, and now he’s finally ready to trade that in for belly rubs, car rides, and a real home to call his own. This sweet boy loves cruising with the windows down, playing outside, getting his ears scratched, and curling up in a cozy bed at the end of the day. Because he’s still learning the ropes of just being a dog, Chuck would love a canine sibling to show him how it’s done (and to be his new best friend). Chuck is great with kids, and while we haven’t tested the waters with cats yet, he’s such an easygoing guy that we think he’d do just fine. If you’re ready for your next adventure buddy, just remember one name: Chuck. You can apply for me at: https://www.fetchfosterandrescue.com/adopt Name: Chuck D.O.B: 12/24/18 Breed: Poodle mix Sex: Male Weight: 18.8 lbs Altered: Yes Adoption: 400 Good with Cats: Untested, but probably Good with Dogs: Yes, other dogs are just fine! Story
I’M FREE! After 10 months in a small cage, I’m finally out and learning what it means to be a puppy. WOOHOO! I’m Russell, and I’m ready to make up for lost time. I’m looking for an active, patient family with another dog to run and play with — bonus points for a fenced yard where I can really let loose. I’m doing great with house training, and I’m working on my leash manners and getting comfortable in my crate. Now that I’ve discovered toys (and, okay, also magazines ), I’m all about chewing, playing, and exploring everything I missed out on. I’ve got a lot of energy and I’m eager to learn — I just need you to help me burn it off with walks, runs, and plenty of stimulation. Think we could be a match? Apply for me — I’m Russell, and I can’t wait to meet you! Good with Kids: I haven’t really spent much time with them but my foster moms doesn’t anticipate any problems.  Special Requirements: Fenced in yard, another dog in the home. *Positive reinforcement obedience training is a great way to bond with your new family member. Story
Hello big world! It’s me Eufert. I’m an almost 7 year old mini poodle. Ain’t I cuuuuute?!?! I’m a little bit brave and a lot a bit shy. I warm up, but slowly. I really like asking for attention and pets from the people I know,  but I’m still getting used to accepting the nice pets without dodging them!! It’s such a silly thing having these conflicting feelings!! Yes pets! No pets! Yes pets! No pets! Gah!!!! What do I choose!?!? Even though I’m a bit shy, I’m tolerant of being handled: bathing, brushing, ear cleaning, grooming, being picked up…. A lot.  I am excellent at going potty outside! And on the rare occasion I don’t make it out, I hit the potty pad like a pro.  I recently learned about going for walks on a leash and while I was petrified at first, now I absolutely LOVE IT!! I still get a little nervous seeing and hearing new things out there. But this walkin' is fun and really helping me explore and learn. I’m getting into sniffin' things and leaving my peemails around for the other neighborhood dogs. Super fun!!!  I should have another dog in my forever home to help me feel most comfortable and help me continue coming out of my shell. I live with three big dogs now, visit with other dogs more my size, and do well with them all. I especially like following them around and cuddling near them. I’m a little unsure about playing, but I’ll probably figure it out with time.  So far, I largely prefer the homebody lifestyle and taking it easy. My forever home will require a lot of slow intros to life outside breeding, and a lot of patience while I become comfortable in my new home. No rushing into social appearances please. Nope nope nope!!!I’d really love a forever home that’s calm and lets me chill near my humans and other house pets.  If you think you’d be a good home for me, and I’d be a good companion for you, apply for me (Eufert) today!!!  You can apply for this pup at: https://www.fetchfosterandrescue.com/adopt Name: Eufert D.O.B: 10/01/2019 Breed: Poodle Sex: Male Weight: 20.2 lbs Altered: Yes  Adoption Fee: 400 Good with kids: I'm unsure  Good with dogs: Yes, I enjoy dog friends!
