You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Do you have a comfy couch?  I’m Whitney, and I love to snuggle!  I’m 4 ½  years old and 40 pounds of fluffy love. I get nervous in a busy house so I need a quiet place to call home.  I’m crate trained, walk on a leash, and doing pretty well with my house training, but I need regular potty breaks.  Do you have another pup I can play with?  or snacks? I really love snacks….and being with my people!  But I’m kinda scared of men.  And I like cats and I don’t bark much! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.A SECURE FENCED YARD IS REQUIRED Meet our friend Carl. He is a joy! He’s four years old, quite athletic, loving and affectionate. He is definitely a people dog but seems to love being around other dogs. We have witnessed him with cats and he seems unaffected. Carl was also comfortable when the grandchildren (6, 11) visited. He kennels well at night and during the day while we are at work. He is completely house trained. He loves belly rubs and would really like to sleep cuddled on the bed with the rest of our pack. Being athletic, he’s quite the jumper and counter surfer. He’s taught us to put things away and not leave food on the counter. Carl has responded well when I tell him, “out of the kitchen,” but he has a mischievous streak. He’s learning fetch, likes squeaky toys and is really a smart fellow. He rarely barks, but when he does, it’s with authority. He needs more practice walking on a leash, but he’s improving. He’s a strong boy, so hang on! Carl will thrive in an active household where he has people who have time for him. He’s going to need a six-foot fence because he loves to jump! He can jump high enough to see over our six-foot fence to check out the neighbors. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.A SECURE FENCED YARD IS REQUIRED Let the party begin!.  My name is Mayme and I am a fun loving, four year old female Sheltie mix.  I am smart, housetrained, know some basic commands and mind my foster Mom quite well.  There are other dogs here and I play well with them.  A lover, not a fighter, I enjoy petting, ear rubs and would sleep in the bed if my foster Mom would allow it..  I currently weigh 31 lbs. and am slightly underweight, so I am doing my best to eat a little extra and will sit for all the treats that I am offered.  My perfect new home will have another playful dog and active parents who will work with me on leash training. I would not do well with young children, as I am quite exuberant and might knock them over.  I am also a jumper, so need at least a 6 foot  fence for my own security.
