Story
Name: MyaDOB: 2010Breed: Toy SheltieWeight: 25 lbsSex: Spayed FemaleLocated: Buffalo Hullo! My name is Mya. You might think that you don't want an old gal like me --especially since I'm deaf, blind in one eye, and a little stiff when I get up-- but trust me, I have lots of snuggles and spunk to give that special someone! I know when I need to go out, and I will let you know with my quiet raspy bork. I like to tootle around my foster Mom's garden to sniff the flowers and rub my head in her lemon balm. Being outside with hoomans makes me super happy, and I will spin and hop to show you what fun I am having! I am curious about what people, and my foster-brother are doing. I hope they have snacks and butt-scritches for me! If you get boring, I will go to sleep on any blanket you give me --and stay that way until you're ready to entertain me (even if that means the whole day). I get along great with my foster-brother. I'm not sure about cats, and my ideal home would have older kids since I can't see well and the little ones move to quickly for me.  I was a stray and had to be shaved because of the condition of my coat. My skin and hair are recovering from being outside with no one to take care of me. I will need a home that understands that I am an old lady and not the spring chicken I once was. If you think you might be interested in giving me a quiet home to live out the rest of my days- please fill out an application. ##2044503##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Gypsy is available for adoption!  Gypsy is a 6 year old Sheltie that was recently released from a breeder where she was living in a barn, having litter after litter of puppies.  She is ready to be a pet and feel the love she has always deserved! Introducing Gypsy, a delightful and friendly girl with an insatiable curiosity for her new life. She has quickly adapted to her new environment and cherishes the time she spends with her foster family. Gypsy is a social butterfly and gets along splendidly with other dogs and cats in her foster home. She is always ready to engage in playtime with her furry friends and her favorite toys. An active girl at heart, Gypsy also loves to cuddle up and snuggle with her humans in bed after a day of exploring and playing. Although she is still learning how to walk on a leash, Gypsy is making excellent progress. She is a quick learner and is eager to please her foster family - especially when there are treats involved! While she is not yet housetrained, Gypsy is a smart girl, and with some love and patience, we are confident she will soon master this skill. In the meantime, she enjoys having the freedom to roam around her fully fenced yard in her foster home. Overall, Gypsy is a joy to be around and would make an excellent addition to any loving family who can provide her with the attention and care she deserves. Gypsy is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $450  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 15, 2024, 8:00 pm
