Story
ADULT ONLY HOME Hey there, future family! My name is Ace, and I’m a two-year-old pitbull/terrier mix with a big heart and even bigger energy. I may be smaller in size compared to some of my pitbull cousins, but boy, do I love to run and play! My favorite things are my toys—especially when I get to show them off to you. I’m a real show-off in the best way possible! When I’m not running around, I love to snuggle up and get all the cuddles and attention I can from my favorite humans. It’s my favorite way to relax after a day full of fun. I have to admit, sometimes I get a little scared when I’m picked up or feel restrained, but I’m working hard on learning to trust. With your patience and love, I know I’ll get there. If you’re looking for an energetic, loving companion who’s ready to fill your days with joy and wagging tails, I might just be the perfect addition to your family. Can’t wait to meet you!

Story
Hi! My name is Bichota, but you can also call me Karol G. Wondering how I got my name? My foster family had just been at a Karol G concert, and after everything I had been through, they thought Bichota was perfect for me. The word has come to represent a strong, confident, empowered woman who knows her worth, and apparently, that's me. My story started a little rough. My fosters witnessed a homeless man physically abusing me in plain sight. They couldn't just stand there and watch, so they intervened and got me away from him. That day changed my life. Instead of being hurt, I learned what it feels like to be protected, loved, and treated like the baby I still am. And despite what happened to me, I LOVE people. Seriously... talk to me in a baby voice and give me lots of amorcito and I'm yours. I'm a super playful, active little girl with lots of puppy energy. One of my favorite things in the world is playing ball. I'll even bring it right back and put it in your hand because obviously the game cannot continue unless you throw it again! I'm also a pretty smart cookie. I listen well and usually understand what you're asking without you having to tell me over and over. I'm social, I'm not much of a barker, and I'm not easily provoked. Sometimes new things make me nervous or a little scared, but remember, I'm still just a baby learning about this big world. I need someone who will continue showing me that I'm safe. Other dogs? Yes! I can do well with other dogs with a proper, slow introduction. Cats? I can get along with them too, although I'm still a puppy and can be a little clumsy and overly enthusiastic sometimes. Most importantly, I'm looking for a family who understands that adopting a puppy means continuing my training, socialization, exercise, and lots and lots of love. My past may be part of my story, but it doesn't define me. I'm Bichota, I survived the hard part. Now I'm ready for the good part. Who's ready to give this little Bichota her forever home? Story
Hi, I'm Mia! I'm a sweet 1-year-old puppy who was found with my mom and six siblings wandering the desert. My mom is a Shepherd and Lab mix, and a kind soul noticed her having multiple litters and called animal control. They only took us puppies, but sadly, they left my mom behind. She ended up having more puppies after being seen with a male dog. The same Good Samaritan kept an eye out and found us seven puppies. Unfortunately, our dad was hit by a car, but we're all safe now, and I'm just so excited to find my forever home! I'm playful, loving, and ready to shower you with all my puppy love!
