Story
Meet Haze! This nearly 4 year old mixed breed has long legs, an even bigger heart, and a lifetime of love just waiting to be shared! This goofy guy recently arrived at our shelter through our transfer program after spending far too much of his life bouncing in and out of shelters. Haze was originally adopted as a young puppy from our friends at Journey Home Animal Care Center, but through absolutely no fault of his own, he found himself back in their care as a young adult. We knew we had to help give this wonderful boy another chance. After all he`s been through, we think it`s finally time for Haze to discover what having a truly committed, loving family feels like!If we had to describe Haze in one sentence, it would be: all legs, all heart, and all goofball. He`s the kind of dog whose legs seem to go on forever, and he often reminds us of a baby deer that`s still figuring out how they work. He can be delightfully clumsy, hilariously unaware of just how much space he takes up, and impossibly charming because of it. Whether he`s bouncing around the yard, trotting alongside you on a walk, or attempting to gracefully squeeze into your personal space for attention, Haze is guaranteed to keep a smile on your face! His previous shelter described him as `full of personality and sweetness,` and we couldn`t agree more. Haze absolutely adores people and is happiest when he`s by your side. He has a habit of gently leaning against your legs while soaking up pets, loves chew toys of every variety, and is already potty trained. More than anything, Haze just wants someone to spend his days with. Whether you`re heading out on an adventure, relaxing in the yard, or simply hanging out on the couch after a long day, Haze is ready to be your loyal sidekick.Since arriving at our shelter, Haze has met a few friendly dogs and has done well with them. We think he could potentially enjoy sharing a home with another calm, easygoing canine companion, though we`d want to do introductions here at the shelter to make sure everyone is a good match. While he can enjoy the company of other dogs, Haze`s favorite company will always be his people!Haze has waited long enough for his happily ever after. He`s goofy, affectionate, endlessly lovable, and more than ready to leave shelter life behind for good this time. If you`re looking for a best friend who will make you laugh every day, lean on you for love, and remind you to appreciate life`s simple joys,

Story
Titan is a big 8 year old boy who has had a harder life than any dog should ever have to endure, and we are determined to help him find the loving forever home he has always deserved. This handsome and goofy guy came to us when his previous owner was no longer able to keep him at their rental home. Unfortunately, we were also told that Titan’s life before that was a very difficult one. He was reportedly severely abused during his early years, and the scars from his past are still visible all over his body. While we can’t change what Titan has been through, we can make sure that the rest of his story is filled with kindness, safety, and love.Despite everything, Titan is an incredibly sweet boy. He can be a little head shy, particularly around people he doesn`t know, so he needs a family who will be patient with him and give him the time and space he needs to feel comfortable. Once he realizes someone is a friend, though, his goofy and lovable personality really starts to shine through! Titan will be sure to greet you with a wagging tail, a giant happy smile, and an eager for play and adventure kind of attitude.Titan has spent far too much of his life without the stability, care, and affection every dog deserves. We would love nothing more than to see this sweet senior-ish guy finally experience what it means to be truly cherished—to have a family who spoils him, snuggles him, celebrates his silly antics, and reminds him every day that he is a very good boy. Titan has done well meeting other friendly dogs here at the shelter. He is a big, bouncy, playful goofball, so he may be best matched with another larger dog who can keep up with his enthusiasm and match his play style. We’re still getting to know Titan when it comes to cats, but we will be sure to update you as we learn more.Titan has already survived the hard part. Now he just needs someone willing to show him that his best days are still ahead. We think this wonderful boy deserves nothing less than an amazing forever home where he can finally be safe, loved, and spoiled exactly like he should have been all along!
