Remy is 6 years old. We got him from a close friend when he was about 8 weeks old, and he has been a loving, loyal part of our family ever since. He is an incredibly affectionate dog who bonds deeply with his people. Remi is very loving and does best when he can be close, get reassurance, and feel connected. His clingy nature comes from love — and while that was manageable before, recent changes in our work schedules and living situation mean we’re no longer able to give him the amount of time, attention, and presence he truly needs. That isn’t fair to him. This decision breaks our hearts, but it’s being made out of love and responsibility. Remi deserves a home where he can receive consistent attention, feel secure, and have space to run and enjoy himself freely. A calmer environment with room to move around and someone who can be home more often would be ideal for him. He has so much love to give and would thrive in a home that can meet his emotional needs and give him the freedom
