If you’re looking for a dog with an endless supply of snuggles AND can keep up with your active lifestyle, Gunther is your guy!Gunther’s favorite things are: being told he’s a good boy, ice cubes, long walks, meal time, and of course - affection from his humans.Our goofy guy would do best in a home without crazy kids running around, we have discovered, hence the reason he needs a new home. He can be high energy and reactive so he would thrive with folks who enjoy daily walks or going to a dog park. Gunther can have stress reactions to high-energy or unexpected and has nipped in those situations. No aggression towards his people, no resource guarding, and absolutely loves other dogs. This decision doesn’t come lightly. We love our Gunther but ultimately know that having him around our increasingly active and unpredictable toddler is not a great fit.He has so much love and life - he deserves a better situation than what we can currently provide. We hope you can be that “fit” for him!

Meet Angel!Angel was found tied to a gas station post by my niece, who couldn’t keep her, so we took her in temporarily. She’s about 1 1/2 years old, up to date on all shots, and spayed. Vet says that she is part husky and pit bull.Angel is high-energy, loves to run, play, and snuggle with us and the kids. She gets along with our small dogs and cat, but she’s a bit too rough for our older pets due to her size and energy.We can’t keep her long-term—my wife is recovering from surgery, and I’m away for work often. Angel would do best as an only dog or with larger dogs and older kids.She’s sweet, loving, and needs a home where she’ll get plenty of attention and exercise. She does have a high prey drive for squirrels and other rodents. If you can give her the forever home she deserves, please reach outAdoption fee is just to recover what we have spent on getting her checked at the vet and for all the vaccinations. I have the records in hand.
