Meet Lionel! 🦁 Just look at that face! Lionel is such a charming boy, and honestly, pictures just don’t do him justice. There’s something about him that you really have to experience in person. And don’t forget to check out his spotted tongue! Lionel is just over a year old and weighs 46 pounds, making him a great medium-sized companion. He has the sweetest, permanent puppy-like look that makes it hard to believe he’s already past the puppy stage. That face, those ears, and that big goofy smile are just part of what makes Lionel so lovable. He has come a long way, and it’s been so nice watching his personality shine through. Lionel is playful, affectionate, and always ready to have some fun. He absolutely LOVES playing fetch and tug-of-war and will happily keep you entertained with his silly antics. He also does well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play with. As always, we recommend proper introductions to make sure everyone is comfortable. Lionel is one of those dogs who is just easy to fall for. He’s full of personality, loves being around people, and has so much love to give. Meet Jeff! He is one year and four months old. We believe he is a German Shepherd/Mountain Cur mix. We mean this when we say it: Jeff is a BIG boy! He weighs in at 90 pounds. His heart is just as big, and we really feel like he's just a giant teddy bear in a dog costume. Jeff is incredibly intelligent! Like most shepherds, he thrives on having a "job" or something to occupy his brain. Jeff has had obedience training and is eager to learn. Jeff deeply bonds to his human(s). Due to his size and nature, he'd do best in a home without small children. He could join a family with other canines as long as a proper introduction was offered. We hope that someone looking to bring Jeff into their home is experienced with the breed or is willing to do their homework! We want to set Jeff up for success.
