Story
Meet Ella 💕
Ella’s story is one that will tug at your heart. After spending three years in a loving home, this sweet girl was heartbreakingly returned to rescue. She’s understandably looking for someone who will make her a forever promise — and never let her go again.
Ella is potty trained, affectionate, and absolutely obsessed with kids. In fact, her favorite thing in the entire world may be the little humans she meets! She would love nothing more than to find a family with young children to adore, cuddle, and be part of their everyday lives.
Ella has previously lived with and befriended other dogs, so a canine sibling could be a possibility with the right match. As with any new friendship, slow and thoughtful introductions are best. We are told that Ella would not do well with cats, so a cat-free home is a must.
She enjoys her daily walks and would love a family who can keep her active, but if you ask Ella what she really wants at the end of the day, her answer is simple: cuddles. Lots and lots of cuddles. ❤️
Ella does struggle with separation and kennel anxiety, so her ideal home would be with someone who works from home, stays home most of the day, or otherwise has plenty of time to spend with her. She’s looking for a family who can give her patience, reassurance, companionship, and the security she’s been missing.
After three years in a home, Ella deserves to know what it feels like to truly be home forever. If you’re looking for a loving, kid-adoring cuddlebug who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Ella may be your girl.
Could you be the forever family Ella has been waiting for? 🐾
