Story
Meet Riley, a striking German Shepherd whose athletic build is matched only by his impressive intelligence! This handsome guy is the ultimate partner for an active lifestyle; whether he’s out for a long hike or mastering a new trick, Riley is always ready to put his sharp mind and high energy to good use. While he is fully housetrained and a total gentleman at home, he can be a bit selective about his canine companions, so he’ll thrive best with a patient family who understands the importance of a slow, proper introduction. Riley does have a sensitive stomach that requires a specialized diet to keep him feeling his best, but in exchange for the right kibble, he’ll give you a lifetime of loyalty and play. For more information, contact the City/County Animal Shelter at (307) 686-5249.

Story
Bear is almost 3 years old. His birthday is February 14th, 2023. We took him in to keep him from going to the shelter at almost a year old., but our lives were very different then. He should probably be a single dog home as he gets very jealous with attention. Hes very and i mean very hyper as he also has husky in him. He HATES being outside for more than a few minutes that it takes him to do his business. Unfortunately he does jump up on people and he cant be left alone as he will find whatever food he can and get into it especially bread. He is also very loyal but needs someone who can be dominate over him ( i am not). He is a licker to. He probably does have anxiety. He is house trained, but He also will be pee on stuff inside if hes mad at u. He has potential to be an amazing dog. He is very smart and can break out of kennels. He can sit but hes not good at staying sitting. He loves to play with his ball. It is his favorite thing and he could do it for hours.
