Story
My name is Opal - I am 7 months old and a quick learner ! I love running and treats. I am leashed trained and love kids! 5-20-26 update: Per the vets: Opel has Border Collie features specifically because of her speckled faces and legs. Just under 30 #, she can be timid one minute and full of kisses moments later. Very friendly dog, and will be a great house dog. Eats in her crate for meals. House/Crate trained - loves the doggie door, and A/C but not those gnats. Her one blue eye sparkles in the sunlight. Her favorite trick is to pretend she's just watching you plant flowers, then the next time you see her she has one of the plastic saucers I use for my potted plants - she is clever ! Like most puppies, she enjoys a good mud puddle or playing tug of war with cheap door rugs. She crawls when she gets fussed at - trying to act all innocent and lovey dovey - it works! Hard to tell at 7 months exactly my mix, but my mama is a smaller size German Shepard mix, my daddy, unknown ! I have several puppy sisters, plus big dogs to teach me to run and play, but so far there no cats where I live now. I've been around loose yard cats and didn't even look at them twice. Opal loves children - she would even swim with them in a pond or baby pool if I let me. Opal says I just love water, putting my feet in a big bowl, or my foster washing my face! Opal let kids she just met crawl in the crate with her at nap time. Opal is full of kisses and so gentle - she loves being with people. Opal has been spayed, very ready to go to her furever home to be a part of your furever family. She just needs a chance for a real furever home - she is ready and willing to learn the basics of your home!

Story
My name is Cash - I'm 7 months old - I am straight up a mama's boy! I give my foster mom smoochies and love getting hugs and kisses from her. I bark deep at strangers but warm up once my humoons say its ok. I am house trained and crate trained. I love the doggie door and keep an eye on my foster mom when we are outside. I have fun in mud puddles, but let me be clear - I am not the digger in making them. Zoomies and wrestling with the dogs keeps me fit and trim. I love playing tug a war and sometimes bark when playing. I am getting a little better on a leash, still freeze like a statue going to the vets. Did tell you I love getting attention from the ladies. Little kids can pet me without an issue. I tolerate men, but I am a mama's baby! My shoulders are almost to your knee, with a long slender build. My hair isn't quite fuzzy like a lab, but isn't coarse like my doggie GSPX mama. I have a long tail and love to wag it it! Needs help transplanting pot bound plants - I can help by running in the yard with the plastic water saucer! I love running in my big fenced in yard ! I am fairly quiet, but will bark at strange noises in the woods, or a car coming to the house. My recent vet visit I was told I look more like a lab than a GSP. I am so ready to be adopted! I am house trained, I love the doggie door. When I need a nap I either go in my open crate inside or snooze in the yard, but I prefer the couch next to my foster mom. I am curious, full of love and enjoy snacks and A/C ! I've been around toddlers, teenagers, yard cats - all a none issue. Bigger bossy dogs, playful dogs, couch potato dogs - all ok with me. Adopt me now and lets make memories together!
