Lyma loves learning new things, like why butterflies linger on flowers and why water shoots out of the ground from sprinklers. This cutely curious pup is just starting to explore the world around her and is loving every minute of it! She would love to join you on family hikes in the mountains, or learn about streams at your local park. This incredibly intelligent pup will love to come back from an exhilarating walk and engage with you in puzzle toy playtime. She will learn from you quickly, and will feel more confident the more she learns! She even watched her foster daddy mow lawn, then smart Lyma wanted to see if she could push the mower by the handle with her front paws! This sweet, friendly girl will do well around children as she will like how much they play with her and how happy they are! She will love to play with dogs and will continue to learn with you how to socialize. This quickly-trainable girl knows that to get attention, it's best to sit and wait. After fun-loving Lyma has acclimated to her new home, she will bump the doorknob to let you know she needs to potty. Social Lyma is happiest when she is with her furever people! This happy girl has many years to create wonderful memories with you! She will love to join you in your active home and will ride wonderfully in your car off to the next adventure. And at the end of the day, loving Lyma will curl up next to you on the couch as she is comforted by your lullabies. This trusting girl will be dreaming about how happy she is to have a forever home full of people she can learn from, bond with, play with and love. She will drift off to sleep dreaming of her next adventure with her new best friend!! Lyma has a long life to live and will love creating new memories with you!

Hi everyone! I am Laurel. I was found in Laurel Grove cemetery (behind Renegade HQ) . I am a RENEGADE! I am a happy and curious 5 year-old German Shepherd, my human siblings and foster parents call me Zelda or Zelly Belly. My foster parents say that I am super smart because in the very short time I have been with them I am learning my house training and have even learned when and how to sit. I am learning that I should not go to the bathroom in the house. I do let them know when I need to go by going to the door or my leash, accidents are minimal. When they all have to leave the house, I am really good about going into my crate. I want nothing more than to be by your side and love you. I love to play and get along with my foster sister, she is a lot older than me. I am spayed and up-to date on all my shots. I am however heart worm positive but will start getting rid of those very soon thanks to the awesome humans at Renegade. I will need to have more training to keep my mind engaged, as I am what my foster dad calls a working dog. My foster parents think I will make a GREAT companion/family dog for my forever family and think it would be best if my forever parents have experience with German Shepherds so that I can become the best that I can be. I do get along with my human siblings and their friends. I haven’t been around baby/little humans, cats or other animals. So, if you think we can become the bestest friends ever, please fill out an adoption application.
