He was found after being hit by a car, with his devoted mama Aspen standing guard over him until help arrived. Thanks to a caring Good Samaritan, Alder was scooped up to safety and Aspen was brought into care as well. Shortly after arriving, Mama Aspen surprised everyone with a brand-new litter of puppies! While she tends to her babies, Alder has moved into a foster home where he is thriving with the love and care he deserves. His sweet personality is starting to shine, and he’s learning what it means to feel safe and cherished. Alder is ready to find his forever family—a place where he’ll never have to worry again. It's amazing how I cannot dote enough on this sweet boy. He is friendly, seriously vocal, animated and agile and has the best RBF every. Ever heard "never turn your back to the Ocean?" Well, you'll never need to after meeting this kid. He will constantly love and entertain you. A playful, active puppy looking for long walks on the beach and lots of cuddles with his forever family. He is quick to learn and is happy to make you smile. *due to his conversational abilities, Ocean would be best in a home and not suggested for an apartment.

Luka became a Beauty after he was left behind when his owners moved out. We were able to save his life but he is in boarding and really would like a foster or forever home! Luka is a really good boy. He is about 6 years old. He is great on leash, listens well, and is potty trained and kennel trained. He is so sweet and has been friendly with all people. He is also a great running partner! He has been with other dogs, but he has shown some resource guarding. He would do best as an only dog or his humans must be willing and able to manage these behaviors if another dog is present. He can be reactive toward other dogs through fences so would likely do best with privacy fence. He previously lived with a cat but needs a slow intro!
