Mac’s journey started in a heartbreaking place. He came to us weighing just 28 pounds after enduring severe neglect, far too thin and weak for a dog his size. Thanks to consistent care, good food, and a whole lot of love, Mac is still gaining weight and feeling better every day—and his personality is finally getting the chance to shine. Now that he’s on the mend, Mac is ready for pre-adoption. He’s an energetic, happy guy who will thrive with an active family and a home with a yard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy life the way he always should have. Mac will do best in a cat-free home, and while he’s making great progress, he’s not a finished product just yet. He’s still learning the basics and will need a patient, understanding adopter who’s willing to help him build confidence and polish his manners. Mac has already come so far. With the right home, his best days are clearly ahead.

Story
We have had Bijian since he was about 10 weeks old. He is now 2 1/2. With our career Changes and our children in after school activities we have found we are never really home to give him to proper attention. He is incredibly intelligent, food driven, and wants to be your best friend. Adopting fee is for the cost of the impact crate that comes with him. He loves his kennel and sees it as his safe space.
