Story
Honeybelle is 9 years old, 45 lbs, shepard mix, and about 97% pure sugar. She’s lived through more plot twists than a soap opera, yet remains the gentlest, snuggliest girl you’ll ever meet. In her foster home she’s been flawless: peaceful, quiet, easy, and occasionally acting as the household Fun Police (“Hey you two, keep it down!”). She does best with calm, friendly dogs. Her dream life? A comfy couch, a loving human, and a little diva pampering (which she has absolutely earned). Short strolls are great; long hikes are overrated anyway. Honeybelle is low-maintenance, loyal, and SO ready for her forever home. Let’s get this girl the holiday miracle she deserves.

Story
Rona is a 4-year-old spayed shepherd who loves every human she meets, including children. Calm, well-mannered, house and crate trained, and non-destructive, she’s happiest simply being with her people. She enjoys walks, lounging on the couch, and the occasional game of fetch. Rona needs a home without other pets. She’s muzzle trained for safe outings and walks nicely on leash but would love her own fenced yard. Currently living in a kennel, she’s ready for a soft place to land.

Husky Mixed Breed (Medium)

Barre, VT
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Paisley is a one-year-old spayed female husky mix with a bright spirit and a heart ready to bond. After spending her first year of life confined to a crate, this remarkable girl has blossomed into a joyful, well-mannered companion who’s eager to make up for lost time. Paisley is smart, enthusiastic, and always ready for fun. She adores games—especially the flirt pole—and she’ll proudly prance around with her fetch “trophies,” often giving herself a few celebratory tosses. She walks beautifully on a leash and is quickly mastering her recall. Because of her sheltered start, she’s still learning the finer points of being a dog, including polite play manners, but she’s catching on fast and making lots of canine friends along the way. She’s not a match for homes with cats (in her opinion, they are excellent for chasing), but she is a wonderful fit for people and other dogs. Paisley thrives on affection and will melt lovingly into you, offering soft kisses and soulful eye contact as if to say “thank you” for giving her the life she always deserved.Paisley’s ideal home includes another dog or two for companionship and a person or family who will bring her along on regular adventures. She’s a quick study, eager to learn, and even more eager to love. Once you meet her, you won’t forget her.
