Story
Hi… I’m Mitsu 🤍 I’ve been through a moment where everything could have ended. But somehow, I’m still here. And now, I’m waiting… not for just anyone, but for my person. My family. If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this: I truly, deeply love people. Even if we’ve just met, I’ll come up to you with my tail wagging, looking into your eyes, hoping you’ll look back at me. I love that connection—the quiet moment where we understand each other without words. Being with you makes me happy. Getting attention, feeling loved… I know those feelings well, and I want to share them with you every day. With other dogs, I’m still learning. I didn’t have many good chances to make friends before, so sometimes I can feel unsure and react a little defensively at first. But if you give me space, let me take my time… I start to soften. I’ll get curious. I’ll follow along. And before you know it, my tail will be wagging beside a new friend. I’m working hard on this right now, learning how to feel more comfortable and confident. I’m getting better every day. Still, in a brand-new environment, I might need your guidance. Because of that, I think I would feel safest as your one and only dog—your whole heart, and you’ll have all of mine. I’m smart, too. I learn quickly, especially when I’m looking into your eyes. I want to understand you. I want to be the best companion I can be. Honestly… aside from a few things I’m still learning, people often say I’m almost perfect. But what I really am, is a dog with a big heart— a heart that has been waiting to belong to someone. If you give me patience, guidance, and love, I will give you something just as big in return. No more waiting. No more uncertainty. Just you and me, together. Will you be my forever family? 🤍

Story
Hi… I’m Norang 🤍 I was found wandering in the mountains, after losing my mom. I wasn’t alone back then—I had my siblings with me. But one by one, they found their families and left for their new homes. Now… it’s just me. And I’m still here, waiting. Hoping my turn will come. I’m a bright and friendly boy. I like people, and I get along well with other dogs too. At first, I might feel a little shy… but if you give me just a little time, I’ll come closer with a wagging tail and a curious heart. Because I really do love being near you. I’m still just a puppy—only 1 years old. So I’m full of energy, curiosity, and a little bit of mischief too 😊 I love toys. I love running and playing. And every day, I’m learning something new about the world. There are still many things I don’t know yet. Living in a home, potty training, understanding what I can and can’t do… I’ll need you to teach me all of that, step by step. Sometimes I might chew on things, or make little mistakes. But I’m not trying to be bad—I’m just growing, learning, becoming who I’m meant to be. Right now, I’m not a “perfect” dog. I’m a dog in the middle of becoming. And that means something special— because you get to be part of who I grow into. With your love, your guidance, and your patience, I can become the best companion you could ever ask for. Even after losing my family, I still trust people. I still believe in love. Now I just need someone who won’t leave— someone who will stay, teach me, and grow with me. I don’t want to be alone anymore. I want a home. I want you. Will you be my forever family? 🤍

Story
Hi… I’m Bamtori 💛 I’m a 1 year and 6 months old boy, a Shiba–Jindo mix… but everyone gets surprised when they meet me because I’m only about 5kg! I may sound like a big-dog mix, but I’m actually tiny, soft, and very… very cute (that’s what they tell me!). I was rescued when I was still young, just before my time ran out. But don’t worry—I didn’t learn to be afraid of people. Instead, I grew up full of curiosity and bright, happy energy. When I meet someone new, I don’t hide. I come right up, wagging my tail like, “Hi! Are you my friend?” I just really love people. I also get along well with other dogs! I’m gentle, friendly, and I like making new friends. Even though I’m small, I fit right in with everyone—and I think that makes me a little special 😊 When I get close to you, I become extra affectionate. I’ll come sit beside you, lean my tiny body on you, and look into your eyes like I’m trying to say something important… (What I’m really saying is: “I like you. A lot.”) I might be small, but my heart is very big. Living in a home might be new for me, so I’ll need to learn things like potty training and daily routines. But I hope you’ll see those moments as part of growing together with me. I’m ready to love, to learn, and to be part of a family. All I need now… is someone who will hold me close, teach me gently, and stay with me forever. Will you be my family? 💛

Story
🏠 Currently in a Seattle foster homeHi… my name is Buddy 🤎 I’m a 2-year-old Shiba × Jindo mix girl, about 15kg — with little “four-eyes” markings above my eyes that make me look like I’m always gently observing the world. People often notice my face first. My expressions are clear and thoughtful. When I look at you quietly, something about it makes your heart lean a little closer. But my real charm isn’t just how I look — it’s who I am. I’m not a loud or flashy dog. I don’t run wildly around the house or constantly demand attention. Instead, I sit beside you quietly, watching your movements, simply happy sharing the same space. My energy level isn’t very high, so I fit beautifully into calm homes that enjoy peaceful daily life. --- On walks, I move at a steady pace. When I play, I don’t overdo it. I have a balanced, gentle personality. I get along well with other dogs too. I’m not the type to lead the group, but I adjust comfortably and build easy relationships. Because of that, I could live peacefully in a multi-dog home. There is something important you should know about me, though. Home life will be new for me — a house, daily routines with people, rules inside the home, spending time alone. I may not understand everything at first. Potty habits, house manners, daily structure — these are things I will need to learn step by step. So yes, I might make mistakes in the beginning. I might seem a little unsure. But those moments won’t be flaws. They’ll simply be signs that no one has ever had the chance to teach me before. --- What I need is not a family who expects me to adjust overnight. I need a family who will wait — who explains instead of scolds, who guides instead of rushes, who understands that patience builds trust. In the right home, where I feel safe and steady, I will slowly show you more of myself — my quiet affection, my loyalty, my calm companionship. I’m a dog who understands quiet happiness. I don’t need to be the loudest to matter. I don’t need to stand out to be enough. Just being beside you is everything to me. With my little “four-eyes,” I’ve been watching the world carefully. Now, I’m hoping to look at just one person — my person — and walk beside them for the rest of my life. Will you move at my pace and build our first home together? 🐾🤍

Story
Hi… my name is Maesil 🍃 I’m a 1-year-old Shiba × Jindo mix girl, about 10kg — small, bright, and just beginning my real life. I was rescued from a dog meat farm. Since the day I was born, I knew metal bars and loud, unfamiliar noises before I ever knew gentle hands. I spent more time enduring than learning, more time surviving than living. So when we first meet, I might be just a little cautious. But it’s not fear that fills my heart. It’s more like I’m softly asking, “Is this okay? Are you safe?” With one treat and one kind voice, my question melts away. I’ll carefully step closer… and before you know it, my tail will be wagging just for you. --- Once I open up, I’m actually very affectionate. I love sitting close beside my person, looking into your eyes, and asking for attention in the sweetest ways. It almost feels like I instinctively know how to love — I just needed the chance to show it. I get along very well with other dogs my age. I enjoy playing and being part of a group. My energy is bright and healthy, and I carry a natural cheerfulness inside me. And walks? I absolutely love them. When I step outside, the whole world feels magical. Every sound, every breeze, every scent on the ground — it’s all new and fascinating. I haven’t been out in the world for very long, so everything is a discovery. The street noises, passing people, the wind brushing my fur… it’s my first time experiencing it all. --- That also means home life is new to me — living inside a house, learning potty routines, understanding daily rhythms, spending time alone calmly, and learning the rules of living with people. No one has had the chance to teach me these things yet. So I will need patience. I will need guidance. I will need someone who teaches me slowly from the very beginning. But please don’t worry — I truly want to learn. I listen. I pay attention. I try. If you guide me with love instead of scolding, with patience instead of rushing, I promise I will grow into a stable and trustworthy companion. --- I’m still young, and I’ve only just begun my “ordinary” life. I’m waiting to become someone’s joy — someone’s walking partner, someone who shares the start and end of each day. Will you be the family who teaches me all my firsts? Will you fill my world with love instead of fear? If you walk beside me from the beginning, I will stay beside you for the rest of my life. 🐾🤍

Story
Hi, my name is Haerang 🐾 I’m a 3-year-old male Shiba–Welsh mix, weighing about 7kg. I have a slim body, short little legs, and bright, sparkling eyes that people often fall in love with right away. I was rescued from a shelter where euthanasia was taking place. Before that, I spent a long time in a shelter environment where I didn’t get many chances to experience the world. I was very shy and fearful back then, often hiding quietly on my own. But I’ve changed a lot since then. As I learned what human warmth feels like, I slowly opened my heart. Now, I truly love people. When you call my name, I’ll happily roll over and show you my belly, wiggling my way toward you for affection. I have a very gentle, calm, and stable personality, and being with me tends to make people feel relaxed and at ease without even realizing it. My favorite thing in the world is my person. I can coexist peacefully with other dogs and even cats, but I’m more of a “one-on-one” kind of guy. I’m happiest in a quiet, calm home where I can enjoy peaceful time with my family rather than a busy, crowded environment. I already know the command “house,” I walk nicely on leash, and I do well riding in the car too. With potty training, I might have a few small accidents in a brand-new environment, but I’m very steady and gentle by nature—if you guide me patiently and kindly, I’ll learn just fine. In unfamiliar places, I may seem a little timid at first. But give me some time, and I’ll be the one coming to you, asking for love. Before you know it, I’ll be following you everywhere like your little shadow—your loyal, affectionate “velcro dog.” I’m not a dog who adjusts instantly. I’m a dog who blossoms when someone waits for me and believes in me. I’ve been learning to trust human arms again, and now I’m ready to give my whole heart to one forever family. If you’re looking for a quiet, gentle companion who will stay close by your side for life, I’m right here—waiting just for you. 💛
