Story
Just look at these adorable pups! My goodness, how cute they are! These pups were all surrendered to a shelter down south with their mother, Molly (also available), on Christmas Eve. Their mother had been adopted from the same shelter years before and wound up back and on the euthanasia list due to overcrowding of the shelter. Village For Paws Rescue stepped up and tagged them all for rescue and they will be arriving in New England and available for adoption, foster-to-adopt or fostering on Feb 20th. Of the 8 pups rescued, these seven are still in need of a home (three girls and four boys). They are about 2 months old now but will be about 3 months old on arrival in New England and will all be up to date on vaccines, microchipped and will be spayed/neutered IF they meet the age and weight requirements before being transported in mid-February. Like most puppies, they are happy, playful bundles of joy just looking to love and be loved. If you are interested in adopting, fostering-to-adopt or just fostering one of these adorable snuggle buddies please reach out to us at villageforpawsrescue@gmail.com to inquire and to fill out an application.

Story
This amazing mamma and her 8 pups (four male and four female pups posted separately) were surrendered to a shelter in the south on Christmas Eve. Village for Paws Rescue tagged them all, saving them from euthanasia, and they will be arriving in New England on Feb 20th. All but two of the pups are still in need of an adopter, foster-to-adopt or foster home to receive them on arrival. Molly appears to be a Shiba Inu mix dog. She was adopted several years ago from the same shelter she was returned to recently. It is unusual and unclear why she was never spayed. She is now 5 years old and weighs about 56 lbs. She is a very sweet girl who has been a great mother to her pups and now deserves to be loved and cherished herself! Molly has now been spayed and she will be up to date on vaccines and microchipped before arrival in New England. If you are interested in fostering, fostering-to-adopt or adopting this deserving girl, please contact villageforpawsrescue@gmail.com to inquire and to fill out an application.

Story
Senor was adopted in Feb 2024, sadly his owner died unexpectedly and he has nobody to care for him so he is coming back to us to start the search again for his forever home. Senor is a happy-go-lucky poodle/shiba Inu mix. He weighs 24 lbs and is 10 years young. Don't let the gray hair fool you. He loves to take walks and car rides or just run around the backyard, but he is also a big cuddle bug and movie buff. He is so soft. It's like petting one of those supper soft fuzzy pillows. He is crate trained and house trained. He is quiet and very well-behaved. Whether you work a full day, want to take a walk after supper, or you're a couch potato all day, this little man is just who you are looking for. His big smile says it all! He wants to be the boss with other dogs so if they allow that. all is well. Senor is raring to go to his new and forever home. This guy will be up for playing ball in the yard, hiking and walking. He is not your typical senior. https://www.vermontenglishbulldogrescue.com/non-bulldog-application/
