Meet Dawn / Polly / Jojo 🐶Dawn, also known as Polly or Jojo, is a 1-year-old Doodle Mix who is looking for a very special forever home. She was owner released, and while she is a sweet girl at heart, she has some specific needs that will help her thrive.According to her previous owners, Dawn was initially wary of their other dogs but would eventually settle in. However, during play, she began showing defensive or “attack-mode” behaviors with other dogs. She was taken to training, but it’s clear that she would do best as the only pet in the home. It was also noted that she became uncomfortable around their younger children, so a home without kids is a must.Despite these challenges, Dawn is overall a really sweet dog who has plenty of love to give. She just needs the right environment—one with patience, understanding, structure, and an experienced adopter willing to continue working with her and set her up for success.Dawn weighs about 27 pounds and is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed, making her fully ready for adoption.If you’re looking for a loyal companion and can offer a calm, adult-only home where Dawn can be the center of attention, she may be the perfect fit for you. 🐾Dawn's Adoption fee is $73 plus taxDogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted.
