Story
This boy is ENERGETIC Toby! He is a beautiful Shih Tzu mix. Our guess is either ShihPoo or Yorkie/Tzu mix. He was found wandering on the train tracks in a neighboring town. No one ever came for him. He had Velcro tied around his neck and loosely around his back legs. We don’t know what this was all about. Toby is a very happy dog. He loves people and other dogs. We have not kid tested him yet. He will chase cats. Toby weighs 8.5#. Toby is not housetrained but working on it. He is now fully vetted. He is up to date on his vaccines, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative. He is on monthly flea preventative as well. He is neutered and chipped. He walks beautifully on a leash. This unless he sees a squirrel or a bird. Toby is ready for his forever home. His adoption fee is $550 which covers all vaccines, exam, neuter and chip. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Pria is a 2 year old Poodle mix, she currently weighs 46.3 pounds.   She was found as a stray so we aren't sure what breed she is mixed with.  She is a beautiful gray/silver color and is on the smaller side.   Pria is super friendly and she loves to give everyone hugs.  She would be better without small children due to her size and energy.  She is good with other dogs and she loves humans.  She does needs work with house training and would definitely benefit from a basic obedience training.   Pria will need a fenced yard for potty and playtime.  If you would like to meet her please fill out an application from our website.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 23, 2026, 3:45 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Crisco is a very special boy.  He is a Standard Poodle around 4 years old.   We got a call one night that Crisco was at a vets office and the owner was going to put him to sleep.  Now..... this dog was once a serious Show Dog and within 2 years his health declined rapidly.   Of course we scooped him up and brought him to our vet.  He was diagnosed with Pancreatitis, a thyroid condition and he was very underweight.  As soon as his Pancreatitis is completely cleared we will test him for Addison's disease.  Crisco's skin was awful when we got him but now that he is on thyroid medication it is starting to look better.  His owner said he was having about 2 seizures a month but we haven't seen one yet.  We have a camera on him in his kennel at the vets office 24/7.   Crisco is ready for a foster home if not his forever home.  He is absolutely adorable, super friendly and loving and good with other dogs.  He is great in a car, on a leash and is house trained.  If you are interested in meeting Crisco please fill out an application from our website.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 7, 2025, 6:05 pm
