Hi there! My name is Charlie, I am a 1 year old, female, Shih Tzu Terrier and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I am very bubbly and sweet. I start off a little wary of new things, but with some encouragement and yummy snacks I show my true colors. I would love a home that will show me how to be confident in the world, and one that will make sure I am always cozy and warm. Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Need some supplies? Both SB Humane Campuses have retail centers stocked with everything you need, at comparable prices, and your purchase helps support our mission. Hope to see you soon!
