Meet Fluff — Big Personality, Small Package Fluff is a Shih Tzu mix who is very clearly a big dog trapped in a little dog’s body — and he knows it. Found as a stray roaming the streets, we’re pretty sure that little adventure went straight to his head. We tried giving him a softer name to chill him out… It didn’t work. Fluff is still very much Mr. Personality. Fluff is best described as a Sour Patch Kid — sweet, a little spicy, and full of character. He’s a good boy at heart, but like many small dogs with big confidence, he can be possessive over his belongings at times. Because of that, an adult-only home is a must for him. The good news? Fluff has been working closely with our trainer and has made great progress learning better coping skills and boundaries. He’s done the work, he’s grown, and we truly believe he’s ready for his forever home. My name is Beau, and I'm a 4-year-old (turning 5 this October) bundle of love, energy, and wags who's looking for my next chapter! I'm fully housebroken, go out a few times a day, and crate like a champ at night – one command, a tiny treat, and a goodnight kiss, and I'm settled till morning. I enjoy the company of other dogs I am currently living with and do great with all people--including children! I adore walks (sniffing EVERY pole is my job!), short bursts of zoomies, then cozy rests. I've passed all three obedience classes – beginner, intermediate, and advanced – so I sit, beg, stay, lie down, and heel pretty well (nobody's perfect, right? ). My first family loved me so much, and this was a hard but loving decision for my best interests. Now I'm excited (and a tiny bit nervous) to meet you and start our adventures together.
