Summer Breeze...makes me feel fine...blowing through the jasmine in my miiiiinnnd My foster mumsie sings that to me because she says I remind her of that song ....I'm like a warm Summer Breeze coming to bring you out of your winter woes. I make friends with all the dogs big and small, I like cats,I love kids,and I am gentle, wiggle butt of happiness all the time. My foster mumsie says another big bonus is that I'm like a shihtzu for someone on a budget... I have the cute squishy face and none of that long hair that has to be continuously groomed. Win-win! Summer is a wonderful little Shihtzu mix of some such. She is approx a year old and 14lbs grown. She is extremely easy,happy,and affectionate. She gets along with all of my dogs and fosters ,my cats,and the neighbor kids love her. They are at my door daily to see if she can come out and play. Summer recalls like a dream and doesn't run off if not on leash,but she also has great leash skills now. She is kennel trained and sleeps overnight in her kennel. She loves toys and to play, starting to learn fetch with little smaller 's. She is very gentle and would be perfect for a family even with small children. She is still working on her potty training, but is learning fast. She is maybe medium energy. While she does love to play and bounce around she also can just sit on your lap while watching a movie. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

We adopted her about 6 years ago, so not sure of her age, but estimate between 8-10. She is the sweetest dog. All she wants to do is cuddle. She has plenty of energy, and likes to play and run, but cuddles are her favorite. She has never bitten anyone. She can be eating, and you stick your hand in her bowl, still no growl. We feel she needs a person who will be home alot more than us, that can give her all the love she deserves. She's OK with my granddog, but I feel she would be best as a muched loved only dog. She is use to sleeping with her people, and if your on the sofa she wants to be on the sofa lol. She's very smart though and will do as She's told. House trained.

HOTCH is 18 months old and weighs 14 pounds and came in with his sister HILLARY.  They were found on the streets just sitting in the pouring rain and they looked a mess.  Can provide pictures of them found. This brother and sister duo are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together.  HOTCH is the more cuddly with me and likes to just hang out with me on the couch watching TV.  HILLARY is more social and playful with the other dogs in my home.  She is especially close to 2 tiny chihuahua's I have.  They may look a little mean or reserved but they are happy and have come a long way since coming into my home.  They walk very well on a leash without pulling and riding in the car without getting sick.  They love treats, chicken jerky treats! Hillary and her brother Hotch came to me at the beginning of the year after being found just sitting on the street in the pouring rain.  They looked a mess.  They were always nice and quiet when they came in but they are happy and playing with all of the other dogs in my home even though it looks like they have a mean scroll on their face. Both are 18 months old and weigh 14 pounds.  Hillary has a bum leg due to a very old injury.  I considered amputation but the leg is not in her way or bothering her.  I have attached a video of her walking so you can see she is NOT special needs and nothing needs to be done to keep her healthy.  There is no maintenance for the leg or anything to keep her comfortable.  Both walk well on the leash, no pulling and ride in the car without getting sick.  They really do not play with toys but rather each other.  Their energy level is low considering how young they are. Hillary and Hotch are a bonded pair and have to be adopted together. They love to be loved on and are a sweet pair.  Hotch is more of the snuggler and sticks close to me.  Hillary is more social with the other dogs in my home.  I have more pictures I can provide of them. Sally came to me with a name that she already knew but if not I would have named her DOWNY because she is always in my laundry basket or on the couch, wherever my fresh laundry is, she can be found.  She actually likes to bury herself in clothe, blankets and pillows.  She is right now hiding in between lots of pillows for the dogs. This girl is a funny little girl but quiet and sweet.  Sally is 4 1/2 years old and 16 pounds, she will not grow anymore.  She walks very well on a leash and rides in the car without getting sick.  Sally gets along with all of the dogs, she actually is very independent and does not bother with the dogs so she would be fine as the only dog in the home.  She loves following me around and just hanging out with me.
