Millie is a tiny 11-pound Shih Tzu with a big personality and an even bigger love for comfort. Estimated to be 12–14 years young, this little lady came to us via a shelter transfer from Genesee County and is now searching for the perfect cushy retirement home. Millie is house trained, crate trained, and knows her basic commands. She’s a low-energy gal who prefers short strolls (her back legs get tired, so no long walks for her) and lots of naps. Her favorite pastimes include serious-level begging for snacks, guarding her spot on the couch, and performing adorable “spinnies” before going potty. She does well with other dogs as long as they respect her space, and she’s best suited for a home with older kids who understand gentle interactions. Millie’s happiest when she’s close to her person, soaking up companionship and comfort. If you’re looking for a loyal lap buddy who will keep you company, supervise the couch, and nap like a professional, Millie is ready to settle into your heart—and your softest blankets. 🐾 Millie’s adoption fee is $175.
