Lily (born around November of 2024) is a chihuahua mix who was surrendered to the municipal shelter along with 28 other chihuahuas from a local hoarding case. She was transferred to Safe Haven along with two of the other male chihuahuas her same age. She is a bit shy and takes a little while to warm up to new people, but once she has made friends, she loves to go for walks and give kisses and cuddles. Lily is looking for a forever family who will be patient with her shyness as she learns the rules of living in a home.

Both dogs are friendly with humans and love affection and cuddle time. They are looking for a forever family who will shower them with love and lots of tender care in their golden years.
