Story
Uno is a wonderful companion who promises to bring endless joy and warmth into any home. His combination of good looks, friendly nature, and playful energy makes him an ideal pet for anyone looking for a lovable and engaging feline friend. Whether you are seeking a kitty who will greet you when you come home or curl up beside you during quiet evenings, Uno fits the bill perfectly. He adapts easily to new environments and gets along well with both people and other kitties, making him a delightful addition to families of all sizes. Why not complete an application today to make an appointment to meet Uno? Come, experience firsthand the charm and affection of this lovely kitty. With his vibrant personality and loving way, Uno is sure to instantly steal your heart! https://animalrefugecenter.com/adoption-application   Uno is FIV positive. FIV in cats is like HIV (the human immunodeficiency virus) and causes a feline disease that is like AIDS in humans. Although FIV is like AIDS in humans it is a highly species-specific virus that infects only felines. While there is currently no definitive cure for FIV in felines, with proper care there is no reason a cat infected with FIV cannot live a very normal, healthy life for years.  Date of birth Mar 2025  May 22, 2026, 3:24 pm

Story
I’ve been fostering two bonded, approximately one-year-old male cats for the past 5 months, and it’s time to find their next loving stop on the journey to becoming fully-socialized house cats. Meet 𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 & 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞 — affectionately nicknamed 𝐆𝐢𝐧 & 𝐏𝐨 by foster mom and dad. 💛 These boys started out very shy and semi-feral, but they have come so far. They’re gentle, never aggressive, and have slowly learned to trust us. They’re still nervous around people, but with time, patience, and a calm home, they’ll continue to blossom. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝: A new foster or adoptive family who understands that progress takes time and celebrates small victories. Someone who can offer a quiet environment, patience, and lots of love as the boys continue to build confidence. They are bonded and will stay together. If you’ve ever thought about fostering or adopting shy cats and would love the reward of helping them grow, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 to set up a meet & greet. You might be the person who helps them fully bloom.
