With her soft coloring and expressive presence, she’s truly as stunning on the inside as she is on the outside. She’s ready to leave shelter life behind and find her forever home with a family who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them. If you’re looking for a devoted, loving companion, Jem is ready to meet you. She's available for foster or adoption at the Animal Protective League, located at 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield. We are open every day from noon to 5 p.m.

We have had Gizmo for 8 years. He doesn't like kids or dogs. He has anxiety so he stress eats which causes him to throw up. He is an excellent cuddle bug!! He loves to sleep on a pillow above your head. He thinks he requires all of your attention!!! Lol. He does have 4 kinks in his tail which the lady that we got him from said he was born with them but his tail is super sensitive because of them. He is neutered and has never sprayed. It take a minute for him to get use to other cats but is not a fan of the canine breed. He does require a lot of reassurance and LOVE!!! He would be purrfect for an older couple or person without children or other pets, but can be with other cats. He may want to go outside but please don't. He has never been an out door animal. I just want him to have the loving home he deserves! Thanks! Rehoming fee is to reassure that he goes to the purrfect forever home.
