Story
Meiling’s story is one that lingers with you long after you’ve heard it. When she first arrived in September, she was heartbreakingly thin—barely 4 pounds, all delicate bones and uncertainty. No one knew if she’d pull through. But Mei surprised us all. With the steady care of her foster family, she’s bounced back, steadily gaining weight and confidence until she reached a healthy 7 pounds. She’s still got some physical reminders from those hard days—her balance isn’t perfect, and she can be a little unsteady when she moves too quickly—but her gentle spirit shines through. Mei is searching for a quiet, predictable home where calm is the norm. Noisy environments or rambunctious kids stress her out, so she needs a space where she can relax. She’s comfortable around dogs and male cats, but she’s not one to chase toys or get into mischief—she prefers to observe from a soft, sunny perch. Wrestling matches and rough play aren’t her thing; what she loves most is simply being nearby, soaking up the comfort of family life. While in foster care, Mei started having bouts of vomiting. After seeing a specialist, she was diagnosed with Feline Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)—a chronic condition that can cause stomach problems like vomiting, diarrhea, weight loss, and poor appetite. To keep her healthy, she’s now on a special prescription diet that she’ll need for the rest of her life. It’s not a diet that can be changed or skipped—any deviation could trigger a flare-up. Her food is a bit pricier than average, so her adopter will need to be prepared for that responsibility. Mei is ready for her next chapter. With time, patience, and a loving home, she’ll continue to flourish. If you’re looking for a sweet companion and you have room in your heart (and the budget for her special diet), Mei might be the perfect fit. If you think you’re the one, we’d love for you to apply.

Story
Meet Odin, a gorgeous 5-year-old Siamese boy.  He's a playful, chatty sweetheart with endless personality and so much love to give. His absolute favorite thing in the world is Da Bird toys, and he’ll leap, chase, and play like a kitten the second one comes out. He’s also a hilarious little sidekick who loves to jump onto your shoulders or back for a ride, making every day feel a little more fun. When playtime winds down, his cuddly side takes over. He loves snuggling close, happily making biscuits on soft blankets and gently nibbling them as he settles in. It’s one of his sweetest little comfort habits and shows just how cozy and content he feels. Like a true Siamese, he’s wonderfully talkative and loves to meow to his people. Sometimes his little voice even echoes through the vents, making it sound like he’s carrying on tiny conversations around the house. One of his many silly and lovable quirks. He especially enjoys the company of women and older kids, and once he bonds, he truly loves being near his people. He is also a certified chicken enthusiast. If chicken is involved, you’ll definitely have his full attention. This handsome guy would really prefer to be the only cat in the home, mostly because he believes all toys, cuddles, and attention should obviously belong to him alone. As for dogs… let’s just say he’d prefer to admire them from a very safe distance and in someone else’s house. He takes about a week to fully settle in and show his true lovable self, so a little patience goes a long way. He does best starting out in a small quiet room to acclimate, preferably without a bed so he can’t hide underneath, helping him feel safe while still staying connected to his new family. Once he knows he’s home, you’ll discover the sweetest, most affectionate Siamese companion who will fill your days with cuddles, purrs, back rides, biscuits, and adorable little vent meows. ##2682518##

Needs special attention, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
We were contacted about this beautiful friendly boy that showed up at a feral colony that was being fed. He was too nice to leave outside. We took him in and after 30 plus days of quarantine, we tested him for fiv/felv. The test showed a very faint positive for leukemia so we ran an additional test - here is what the report said: "These quantitative results are below 1.0x10^6 copies/mL and consistent with a regressive FeLV infection. Regressive FeLV infections are associated with lower levels of proviral DNA in circulating blood cells and lower amounts of FeLV p27 antigen in circulation. Cats with regressive infections are less likely to be infectious to other cats or to be sick due to an FeLV-associated disease. Cats with regressive infections may transmit FeLV by blood transfusion even if antigen negative. Cats with regressive infection may remain nonclinical or may revert to progressive infection in association with immunosuppression, stress or concurrent disease. Regressively infected cats may mount a sufficient immune response to eventually become PCR and/or antigen negative." SOOOO- he is in a room by himself. We have him on a couple of supplements so hopefully he can fight off the leukemia. He is just so darn nice! AND he is a bit cross-eyed which is super cute. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and otherwise very healthy. He wants ATTENTION!! Care to give this special boy a chance? He should be an only cat until we can retest in a few months.... Adoption fee $60. Born likely spring of 2024. Here is our application https://www.pfcatrescue.org/adoption-application/April 7, 2026, 1:59 pm

Story
Moonshine is one cool cat.  He was living outside on the east side of town, but his caretaker moved to Texas and could not take him with her other pets.  She contacted us and we took him in - this was back in 2021. He was adopted out but came back to us recently - his owner had lost her job and sadly could not keep him. Moonshine is affectionate and very social.  He knows no strangers!  He settled right in at his foster home - great with other cats! He will roll around in front of you and he LOVES being cradled like a baby.  Moonshine adores dry food but doesn't like wet food....making him super easy to care for! He was likely born fall of 2019....has beautiful blue eyes, and is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and negative for fiv/felv.  Adoption fee $60. PLEASE READ TO SEE IF YOU ARE THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE WITH A BIG &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 . Talia is a beautiful lynx point Siamese that was living outside.  She was trapped and fixed, but she was way too friendly to put back outside.  Talia is an absolute love bug and super affectionate. She has the sweetest  personality.. She’s like the perfect cat you always wanted ..  She loves her chin scratches and has the most beautiful markings and blue eyes.  Talia is a very calm, loving Cat that just wants a loving quiet home.  She loves her playtime with her cat toys, climbing on her cat tree and looking out the window at the birds .   Unfortunately, Talia  tested positive for feline leukemia but we have her on a supplement to help her have a healthy life as long as possible. She would need to be the only cat in the household as leukemia is contagious to other cats. If you’re looking for just one cat and a gorgeous Siamese that has the best personality in the world she is your girl.  She is fully vaccinated , spayed and tested negative for FIV and microchipped . Born around October of 2024. She would not do good with young children or dogs . Story
GinsengMy favorite Disney movie is Lady and the Tramp. Not for the dogs, of course! No, I treasure the Siamese cats—they are the real stars. “We are Siamese if you please.” I would like my potential adopter(s) to research Siamese cats. Although I am not a Siamese purebred, I am mostly Siamese. That is why I am so beautiful with a coat of black, brown, and white, and blue eyes. I am 5-years-old, already spayed, and I use my litter box flawlessly. My original owner moved away and gave me to my second owner. The problem is that this was decided without consulting me. I suddenly found myself in a home with two female cats, one 15 and the other 8. I was not given the recommended g-r-a-d-u-a-l introduction, and I had no idea how to approach them. Siamese cats are known to be social, vocally loud, and intelligent. We thrive in homes that provide attention, interactive playtime, and mental stimulation. Because I am very clever, I can detect another cat’s fear or subservience. During my abrupt meeting with the senior gals at home, I decided I wanted to be the leader of the group. So I chased them and started making a kerfuffle with them. Sometimes I even tried stalking my owner! I liked to occasionally “spy” on her and jump out at her feet. This is all a natural part of a cat’s predatory play behavior. I am an active, high-energy girl who needs daily play sessions with my humans using wand toys, springs, laser pointers, and balls I can catch. I also enjoy using a scratching post. You can win me over with baby-talk. I will never be the outdoorsy type of cat; if you open the door, I will run away! When it comes to being petted, I have a fairly short attention span. Therefore, I should only live with kids who are 10 and older. If you adopt me, please give me a lengthy introduction to your home, adults, and kids, and any 4-legged family members. It may take me weeks or months to become comfortable and confident. But I’m worth it! 4-6-26
