Found as a stray at a known dumping site, it's clear from his gentle, sociable nature that he once had a loving home — and he's ready to find one again.After being rescued, Chester was taken to the vet where he was neutered and tested. His test came back positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) — news that led his finder to surrender him. But that's where we stepped in, because Chester's story doesn't end there.Right now, Chester is completely healthy and thriving. FeLV is no longer the automatic death sentence it was once considered.
