Meet Garnett!This sweet 6-year-old Siamese mix has found his way back to HSEC, and it absolutely breaks our hearts that he is still just as shy as the day he left us.Garnett is looking for a quiet home where he can spend his days burrowed under blankets on the couch, tucked away beneath a bed, or occasionally enjoying some secret nighttime zoomies when he thinks nobody is watching. His biggest fear may just be being perceived. Most of the time, you can find him hiding under a blanket, curled up in a cozy hideaway bed, or begrudgingly accepting pets from anyone patient enough to offer them.But when you do get the chance to pet this sweet boy, he melts right into your touch. You can tell there is so much love in there—he just isn`t quite sure how to show it yet.Garnett needs someone who understands that love doesn`t always look like a cat curled up in your lap. He wants a home where he can have his space, sleep the day away, and open up at his own pace. He isn`t your super cuddly, outgoing social butterfly, and he may never be—but that`s perfectly okay.We just know there is someone out there looking for a quiet, independent companion who will think Garnett is exactly their cup of tea.Come meet Garnett and give this shy boy the peaceful forever home he deserves!

Toothpick was born in my old house to her mother, Squeaky, and her father, Peanut (second photo). She is a very sweet cat who likes to get into trouble; she is roughly two years old now. She is very affectionate as well, and has grown up with a dog who she considers a second mother. I am looking to put them all up for adoption due to the quality of living I am in and I would like for them to go to good loving homes.

Peanut is a cat that likes to be loved on his own terms. He is about 3 years old and is the father to Toothpick. He scratches a lot and so has some skin problems currently. I am giving them up for adoption because I am not in a position to be able to care for them anymore. My only wish is that they go to loving and caring families.

Nessie is 5 years old and a colorpoint.Shes a loving cat but does not get along with 2 of my male cats since moving.We moved 6 months ago. She does get along with my calm and older cats so I think she is just cat selective.She is great with my dog (boxer-so large dogs ok!) and amazing with my young kidShe is playful and vocal and loves attention.Shes a beautiful cat and I want her to thrive with her very own person!
